Description of Work: FURNACE RATTLED WHEN TURNED ON. TECHNICIAN VACUUMED FURNACE AREA AND CLEANED FILTER AND DUCTS. TURNED ON FURNACE AND RATTLE RETURNED. OPENED UP HOUSING AND FOUND A LABEL THAT HAD BECOME LOOSE THROUGH USE. ONCE CLEARED NO OTHER PROBLEMS.

Description of Work: Joel Wardour was very responsive when I called about my non-functioning furnace. It took 3 visits to diagnose and repair the problem, but each time several hours were spent on the issue. Finally, the main circuit board needed to be replaced, with a complete resolution of the problem.

Description of Work: Joel and his team are exceptional. They quickly diagnosed a problem with the main computer board on one of our Carrier Infinity furnaces and replace it within a day. They did it quickly and economically.

Description of Work: Joel Wardour and his people were fantastic. Joel gave me several options and the pros and cons of each so I could make an informed decision.
