I hired him to complete work unfinished by another company. Very professional, was timely and completed the work when indicated.

They were very, very polite and did the work quickly but they were extremely high in price. The problem was the leak was escalating and needed to be fixed ASAP.

Fast, efficient, done correctly the 1st time. He followed up with phone contact regarding instalation of water heater.

Cris was very respectful and gave me several options to solve the problem. He was not pushy, and performed only the services that I requested.

After being disappointed with what was planned the plan was changed to what I expected. They did a really good job with the copper piping. Clean up job was lumpy.

I called to get what we thought was a drain cleared on a Saturday late afternoon. Tony had his Super Super, Jay, at our house Sunday morning but could not clear it so we scheduled a camera for Monday. Monday his crew arrived and we discovered that roots had overtaken the mainline which meant very limited service until the roots were removed but we had also had a pipe liner installed a few years back that complicated things. Jay was able trench out the old clay pipes, replace them, marry the new to the lined pipe and replace the old cast iron in 2 days. We were thankful to be able to do dishes, laundry and of course use the shower and bathroom. Excellent emergency service for what turned into a major intrusion. Highly recommended.

Came to fix a toilet that had a flusher than ran... problem came back a month later, but they came back and fixed it for free, great company.

Tony M. and his crew began working on Nov. 7th, to re-pipe plumbing, replace all drains, and install a tankless water heater and washer box. The project was completed with professionalism, by skillful and dedicated team members. I m totally satisfied with the end results by this exemplary and reputable company, and would use them again in the future!!

Jay was very Professional and friendly. He had met me at my home on my lunch break. He went over my options for repairing or replacing the water heater. i opted for a new once. He installed the heater the next day. The heater looks outstanding and works well. Thank you Jay and Drain City.

They are extremely responsive and work on weekends. That is the biggest plus.

This was an emergency. The plumber came over immediately, explained what was happening and what needed to be done. We hired him and he was here the next day with all the materials needed and fixed the problem within a few hours. Very happy with this company!! I would recommend them to all my family and friends!

This was a plumbing emergency at 9 pm at night. Tony and his crew arrived on time, were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We were completely satisfied with their work and customer service!

Customer service was great, but he was unable to unclog drain with the snake. I did not want to pay the money for the high pressure cleaning or tearing my floor up to get to pipes. The next day I got a plunger and just plunged until I got tired and guess what it's working now.
