I was extremely pleased to meet Tony today to install a new water heater in my condominium in Rancho Palos Verdes. Immediately when Tony came to the door, he introduced himself, shook my hand and was just an absolute pleasure to deal with. I think he is a straight shooter and I immediately since this was a fair dude. Tony is the owner of the company so it was fantastic to deal directly with the boss who could give me straightforward answers. I had received several quotes for this job ranging from $2700, $2900 and the best one was $6800 all for the same product. Tony quoted me $1795 and that is what I paid. I have struggled to find a local plumber who I connected with and now I think I finally found my man. His crew was polite and they were very efficient. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

Tony Martinez supervised a crew who replaced my tankless water heater. The work was completed in three hours. The crew arrived on time and was very courteous. They did a very good instillation and we have plenty of hot water again.

The guts showed up early, for the estimate and the job. That was great!! They worked clean and as quickly as they could. Cleaned up after and were very polite and communicative. I would hire them again and recommend them to other people.

John came out and gave a good quote, came out and knocked out the work quickly, even on a holiday. All of their workers were professional and made sure job was done right. Thanks!!

The Drain City Plumbing, Inc. this company was absolutely the best. I have an older building with cast iron drains and main line. They did exactly what they said they would do. I was using another company but now Drain City plumbing is my go to. They came when they said and finished very timely. Also their prices are very reasonable. Look at the pipes they removed and replaced!

Punctuality not an issue. Per the initial estimate, Tony fixed the problem and actually fixed a secondary issue I had. Friendly, punctual, very reasonably priced. All around win! I highly recommend!

I needed my gas water heater to be replaced. Called around to several places from Angie list. Read the reviews about Tony and the company. Made the call spoke to Tony had schedule for Friday 9/15/23. I called back after our conversation and ask if he could stop on Thursday and he said yes he would send out his Field Supervisor Richie. Richie arrived early and was very cordial and answered all of my question. Keeping in mind I thinking that he is just going to assess what would be needed for Friday 9/15/23. Tony arrived and said what was needed. And then Richie went to work. The replacement gas water heater was replace with another Bradford White water heater.
