Tony and his team were amazing. Tony came out on time and gave me a quote right on the spot. We scheduled our appointment and him and his team were onsite on time and right to work. They were efficient and polite. After the job was over Tony inspected it himself and had his guys come over the next day to make sure the work site was extra clean and left it the way it was before they got there. There is no doubt that we will definitely hire Tony and his team for any future plumbing needs.

Tony was good mostly. Pros: He was on time every time. This is big for contractors. He was on time for estimates and both times he had to come to place He was the best priced The water heater is installed and working. Cons: His quote was very vague. He told me he would put plywood and install a replacement water heater. And he did. However, the first time he installed was with OSD board...basically looked like junkyard plywood that they put underneath water heater... not good and it was inside my house, maybe if this was in a garage you could get away with it, buy my water heater is in my closet. The first time they came out they installed the wrong water heater, claiming mixup at the warehouse. I can not confirm or validate this, but they did come back the next day with the correct size and also replaced the particle board stuff with real solid plywood that he put a layer of paint on. Once the discovery of the error with the wrong water heater and the bad wood. Communication got very short. He agreed to get replaced then hung up on me. We ended up texting and I offered to pay a bit extra for higher quality material, I just asked that he let me know what that cost would be. He never told me what the new cost would be until the job was completed and I was given the bill. Overall: All in all, he is very well priced, his people were on time and professional, and he did what he said he would do, so he is an honest contractor which is good. My experience was not the best but I would give him a call again however would request a more detailed quote.

He was very respectful of rules for Covid 19. I fELT SAFE. Worker was informative and courteous.

The staff was great. They fixed the problem that we needed fixed. The problem I had is how the found the problem and quoted the price. Came back the next day to do the work and found more work to do which tripled the price. I had to have the pipes fixed so I had to go along with the change or be without water. I was left with a feeling that I may have been taken advantage of.

George arrived early and was able to identify and fix the issue I was having very quickly.

The current pandemic has created impediments across all industries. Drain City has its administration personnel working remotely which I believe has contributed to the longer time frame in which Drain City communicated with me. Currently Drain City is performing an internal discovery on the missing serial number of my new Rheem water heater. I expect Drain City to resolve this issue within the week.

Quick response - they were able to meet same day and repair the next day. They asked if they could leave the old pipe in the crawl space (we said no and they cut it up) and they forgot to turn the water heater back on (they came back to turn it on). Otherwise great for installing a shutoff valve and replacing an old line.

Aggressive upselling lied about his own equipment condition 'not working' so he could try to upsell job 100% more. Asked if he could park in driveway asked if his vehicle had any leaks, says no but leaked on my driveway anyway. I do not recommend this company.
