Came out to the house on Saturday, quote within hours, work started the following Monday. Was expected to be a one-day job, but the ditch they had to dig to sink my gas line to the correct depth was more difficult than expected so it took 2 days, but they were dedicated. During the pressure test after replacement, they also found 2 leaks from old unions that were replaced with a minimal increase in expense. Very happy with the service received.

I needed a plumber right away to replace an electric water heater at one of my rental properties, and someone at Drain City responded right away and scheduled someone to be at the property within a couple of hours. All communication was excellent, professional, accessible, and friendly! Although I was not at the property while the service took place, Richie communicated everything with me, and no complaints from my tenants. Thank you for your excellent service!

Tony was incredible from the moment of the first call I received. He listened to our needs and the urgency. He wastes no time at all and lines us up with Ritchie! Ritchie was our tech and his personality was so welcoming and he too paid great attention to our needs and assessed the situation and went to work right away! After addressing the problem at hand he made suggestions, not trying to press the up charge but just a caring heart and gave us several options. At the end of our visit we had a game plan. Over the years our unit and the whole condominium building has been struggling with working with plumbers. We have never encountered a reliable and highly experienced plumber like Richie from Drain City. He came to look at our toilet situation on a Saturday morning for free and immediately gave us a solid plan with relatively reasonable quote and fixed it within the promised timeframe. Note that before Richie, we’ve had 3 other plumbers to come over, one completely MIA after seeing the type of toilet we need and the other 2 wanted to do a repipe work then install a thousand-dollar special toilet… we are so amazed that Richie precisely understood the what we need and ordered the most reasonably toilet for us. We will recommend him and Drain City to everyone!!!

We recently had West come for a second time to maintain our 15 year old flat roof. As a comparison we had two other roofers bid on the work. One came out with a maintenance quote and never was heard from again after I placed multiple follow up calls. The third said we needed a brand new roof! Art looked at the roof and said overall it was in good shape and suggested a detailed plan to address what was really needed. The quote came with a few days. They got the business, came to do the work in a timely and professional manner. I trust them implicitly and will have them back again in a few years to evaluate our roof. They are the best!
