The plumber showed up on time and began the work. Due to the problem being cast iron pipe in the ground there were some difficulties and the work was not finished that day. I was told he could be back by 11:30 the next day or possibly a little earlier. He was also going to bring the owner to be sure of what we were going to do. When no one showed up 45 minutes late I called and got the owners voice mail. A few minutes later the plumber called and said he was on his way which took another 35 minutes. Our water had been off since beginning the repairs the day before. My issue is that the owner did not have the courtesy to return my call. If my issue had been the plumber himself (which it was not ) I wouldn't have been able to discuss or resolve. In this day when we receive an average of 2 calls a day, 6 days a week from contractors, painters, HAV companies looking for work I would think when one does have work every effort would be made to be sure of what was going on and the customer is satisfied. When the plumber did arrive he asked if the owner had come by to look at what we were going to do and said he that he was going to. He hadn't. The work was completed in a satisfactorily manner.

The plumber was very friendly and discussed options before beginning the job. He also provided an estimated cost for the job. He did not rush the job and even cleaned the faucet before leaving. I definitely recommend them.

I hired them. They arrived on time (Tony, Chris, Angel) and the job was completed in approx. 4 hours. Could not believe it. They even cleaned up the laundry room. I would call them again.,

they were very reasonable in price and finished the job in one day. they had to put small opening in wall to fix the problem, they new exactly how to do it without too much mess. We are very pleased.

Tony was very knowledgeable and worked the problem until it was fixed. He gave me an estimate on work that can be done to prevent the problem from recurring, and did so without any pressure. Cleaned up and was very thorough.

I hired Tony after the reviews here and on Yelp. He called to see what the project was quicker than expected. I explained the issue with a slow bathroom tub drain and he was confident he could solve the problem but gave two prices in the event he couldn't fix the drain. Note that I tried several tricks and even had another plumber try, all with no luck. Tony showed up when he said, was professional and gave me a couple choices on what he could so. Bottom line, he fixed the drain in about 15 minutes. He will be my first choice for other projects, both at home and my other properties. Great Service!

The plumber knew his craft, and did an excellent job. The price was more than I hoped. $200 dollars for a faucet replacement that only took about an hour.

Was here quickly to snake my main sewer line. Great service.
