Mario was a real pro, spotted the problem immediately and fixed it very fast. I recommend him highly

the "service person" was horrible. He made the problem worse by attempting to service my washing machine which he was not qualified to do. ended up breaking it and telling me to contact an appliance person -which he was not,.this was the worse experience I have ever had with a "plumber" will not use home advisor again

The plumber called me immediately after the work had been assigned and agreed to come over earlier than was scheduled. He arrived assessed the problem had to get some parts returned and finished fixing the problem. He was very professional and the repair is working well. I will definitely use him again.

Over all my experience was good. They missed their initial scheduled time but once they started the project they met all their deadlines.

The guys didn't do the job properly and the owner stated he would send a refund check. Told him to send it to PO Box but I haven't received anything.

I hired these guys on short notice due to a sewer line blockage as they were one of the few that was available on Dec 23rd. They came out and quickly solved our blockage. They also identified an issue with the line outside our home and came back on Tuesday the 26th to make repairs. Very timely and reasonably priced. I would hire again.

Top notch crew who went above and beyond the scope of work to ensure an outstanding quality project and to ensure Homeowner's satisfaction. They completed the original work plus additional work that was required to be performed in a timely manner. A nice, clean installation in which a perfectionist would be proud. Excellent customer service. Very nice guys, they were on time and efficient.

I wish I called them first. A gave another company that came out first a good rating too soon. They were nice but wrong in where my gas leak was and charged me 200.00 for that. They were so high in price which made me look for someone else to do the repairs. Drain city not only found the leaks they repaired them as well. Plus I let them replace old piping with new, and the price I was charged was fair based on other estimates. Great guys, good work, and next time I have a plumbing issues they will be getting a call from me. Thanks again Drain City

Fast, flexible service. Tony responds quickly and the work performed is excellent.

Tony did a great job. Mine was an exterior gas pipe fitting job. I had aspirations of doing it myself but it was a tricky job. Because it was exposed, I needed to look clean and tight. Got a relatively high but fair bid from Tony and after I had to cancel a bid appointment with another plumber, I decided to give the job to Drain City. Glad I did. Been looking for a good, fair, local plumber. Now I have one!
