I was over charged for two minor bathroom basin faucet handle adjustments. One was corrected and the second faucet he was unable to repair. I was not satisfied with the charge adjustment. I cannot recommend this company.

The job was very very pricey. Flange was replaced for the toilet but bolts weren't cut down so caps could fit over them. For $425.00 that is the least they could have done.

My toilet stop working and I put my request in and received a call from the company after my request for service within 10 minutes. The plumbing tech. arrived in less than 45 minutes and had my toilet working within a short time. Very professional young man. Thanks Drain City Plumbing.
