The professionals at Drain City Plumbing were extremely responsive to my late night call inquiring if they could send a technician to my rental property on Sunday. Tony assured me that his technician, Jay, would be onsite at 10:00 Sunday morning to fix my external gas line leak (Southern Cal Gas has red tagged the meter the previous day leaving my tenants without hot water or a stove). Jay from Drain City quickly pressurized the line and discovered the leak. He was able to remove the patio pavers, excavate around the pipe, replace the section of pipe and put everything back together by 2:00. I was very appreciative at the urgency Drain City displayed to get the gas back on at my rental property and would recommend, and use, Drain City for future plumbing needs. Very responsive to our weekend emergency and very reasonable compared to others who charge high prices for outside of regular hours.

They cleated drains in two sinks. It took two days because of parts, but a fantastic crew.

Prompt, clean, efficient, pleasant - and the price was good too! He answers his own phone and will call you back within the same business day. He was $10 under his estimate, which is utterly amazing!

They were polite, quick to respond, and, in general, did a good job. In fact, a city inspector informed me that they did a good job. :) I only had 3 issues: When installing a seismic gas shut off valve, the plumber broke an existing shutoff valve that must be repaired by the gas company, the plumber damaged the stucco on my home’s wall and didn’t offer to repair it, and their price for the job was high due to the last minute nature of our service need.

I received a confirmation time last night for a 9 am visit. Received call 730 this morning from Juan to confirm my request and Jay arrived on time ready to work. My husband was there and I asked him how did everything go he said “great” everything went fine I asked about the service he said again “great” asked him about the person who did the repair he said “ cool and great” my husband is very hard to please because he does most of our home repairs himself so he really hates when we have to call and expert in for repairs. I came home about 845 last night to water on my service porch realized it was the hot water heater it was gushing I first called **** plumbing spoke with someone who told us turn off main water line and to cal back for a 7am appointment called back and there answering service didn’t have direct number and or address to the company she had to call the on call plumber to get the number I called left a message and up till now no call back . I decided to go to home advisor last night felt uneasy about first contact and I got an immediate confirmation from Adrain City plumber and you know the rest Thank you so much for responding and following up to my emergency . Will definetely refer you we have your card Jay!!!

Showed up for the job and completed it, then a couple of days later the problem resurfaced. I called them again to have pipes replaced but no one ever got back to me after leaving messages. I got a person on the line one time and he said he'd call me back, but never did. Weeks later, I ended up employing another company there after.

Drain City is great. The repair was on time and fast. Did exactly as I requested or needed a outdoor replacement faucet. The cost to do the job was a fair price.
