The final results were good. I had one slight problem and they came right back out and took care of the problem.

They were very expensive.

Arrived a little late but well worth it.

The plumber who came out was quick, had the parts in his truck, kind and helpful when I asked about more work that I needs to be done.

This company was fast and affordable.

I needed a new wax seal on my toilet which is a pretty simple job so I didnt think I should have to be so choosy. Drain city was the first one to show up so I said, OK. He didnt even have any wax seals with him so he had to go get one. He finished the job and I noticed the toilet didnt have any caulking around the bottom, it looked terrible. So I asked him to put some caulking on where the toilet meets the floor. The next day when I went to use the toilet I noticed it moves and rocks now, it didnt do that before. its just terrible he didnt bolt it down right. The employee had a Im so bored attitude, Im going to have it re-done.

The worker was very pleasant, explained things to me that could and could not be done on my project, worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. I will use this company again for my plumbing needs.

Servando came out the same day to give an estimate and came early the next morning to fix the leak (which required cutting into a wall to access the pipes). He was on time, cleaned everything up and was done ahead of schedule a few hours later. He also explained the process and issues as he went along. Very helpful. We would definitely recommend him.

I found that my kitchen sink wasn’t draining and put in a quote request online asking for someone who was available at 11am the next day. I received an immediate call back and a confirmation that someone would be arriving. The tech arrived at exactly 11am. I showed him the issue. He checked out the problem and explained what was needed, stating he needed to get the part and would be returning. The work was completed thoroughly and he even made a safety suggestion. The price was reasonable and the customer service was excellent. I have a larger future project coming up and I will keep them in mind.
