CURTICE CHEM-DRY

I was late in arriving (got the times wrong) and Giovanni was courteously waiting at the gate. He explained what he would be doing and went to work right away. After having a pretty mediocre experience with the last service I used, I was not expecting the level of cleaning that I received. The carpets looked fabulous, in spite of the fact that the heavily used areas were pretty grungy - And the carpets were completely dry after an hour or so! I would definitely use Curtice again and plan to call again in about 6 months which is what Giovanni recommended. Thanks Curtice!!

Brian and his helper did a great job, carefully moving and replacing furniture as needed to complete the stretching and cleaning. The carpet was very grimy in certain places, especially high-traffic areas, and we were very pleased to see the soil disappear. Best of all, the carpet had no sticky or coated feeling, both while it was still damp and after it was completely dry. This was especially important to us because we have a small dog, and one of his human parents has allergies. The job was done at 4:30 p.m. and, by the time we returned from an evening out, the carpet was dry.

A furnace leaked in one of our rental units and soaked the carpet and it was starting to smell. I called the company and they called me back immediately. They showed up to the job site within 2 hours and quoted me a very reasonable price. They pulled up the carpet, removed the pad and ran a couple of fans for two days. Once the carpet was dry, they sanitized the area, put down new padding and the existing carpet. The tenant was extremely happy with the company's service and professionalism. The tenant to told me that the area looked exactly as it did prior to the leak. I would use this company again for sure.

I bought the 10% off deal and prepaid but didn't get around to making the appointment for about 6 months. When I finally emailed they were very responsive and able to schedule on the day my. Husband requested that same week. Showed up right on time and agreed to clean not only the living room and hallway on the coupon but also the expensive carpet my husband had put into his special room. He went to work immediately and was finished before I knew it. We have a very small house with large furniture jamm3d in because my husband couldn't downsize when he retired and we moved to my property so there was a lot of shifting and putting down protectors for the feet of each piece. When I went back into the house from our garden I was amazed how tidy they left it as well as how quickly they finished. I'm not a fan of sitting around waiting for contractors or cleaning crews to finish so I give the company an A+ for speed and ease of getting this done and I will happily use them again. Especially as I chose this specific ChemDry because they're local and family owned. Now I know they also have excellent customer service skills as well! The only downside was that Angieslist didn't provide an actual coupon 5o give their employee when he finished. When he gave me the bill I handed him the printout of my purchase. He asked for the coupon and I told him that I wasn't able to find one in my account. To save time I wrote them a check and then emailed the office to clarify whether they would be cashing it. Within 24 hours they responded with an apology and an offer to send back the check. Since their rating on the list is so good I just requested they tear it up and I voided it in my register. Just a minor misunderstanding of how the coupon thing here works.

The Curtice Chem-Dry supplied excellent service from the speedy personal reply for scheduling to the excellent cleaning services provided. Friendly, informative, accurate time & $ estimates. Cleaned master bedroom and area rug. No in home up-sale. Will use again.

Had 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs cleaned. Did a great job removed spots that previous chem dry cleaners did not. Will hire again. The quote over the phone is what I paid. very professional.

Brian arrived exactly when he said he would. He was friendly, professional and ready to work. He placed plastic squares under the legs of all furniture so that there was no possibility of stains on my carpet .He told me what to expect in high-use areas, and answered all my general questions. The entire process was pleasant and efficient. My carpets look beautiful and smell fresh and clean. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to my friends.

Brian and his partner arrived on time, looked very clean, were professional and were very courteous. I explained the job requirements on site, and he went through his costs. He applied a 10% Angies List discount and then I approved the job. They got right to work and cleaned everything nicely. Brian is the owner/operator and was very friendly. We had not done carpet cleaning for some time, so when Brian explained the total cost, it was high based on standards of discount cleaners. However to note that he did not upcharge for all the little services, they were for the most part included, except the sanitizing which was $20 for the room. All in all great service and would recommend to anyone!

The technician arrived 40 minutes early. He was very professional. Explained everything that he would be doing. Was not pushy about any available options. In fact, he suggested some low cost alternatives. The rug looks great.

I have used Curtice Chem-Dry for my home for about 5 years now. They always come when supposed to, are very professional, & get my carpets very clean, even getting pet stains out. They always charge me a fair price. My carpets are not very wet when they are finished & only takes a little while before they are completely dry.

They came early. They cleaned all the carpets of the car too. They brushed the tiles, so it looked very nice when they left. They moved the furniture for me. The one thing I didn’t like is that they told me that the carpet dried quicker than it really did. They bring the equipment with them. They don’t have to work from the truck so it’s right for an apartment.

Vendor arrived on time and wrked very efficiently to complete the job on schedule. The hose-driven, deep-cleaning service I wanted is expensive, but provides better cleaning than the cleaning pad type.

Overall everything went really well. I have no complaints. In fact, he did a great job on the pet stains, even though I was not expecting much!

I asked him about some problem areas and when he first got there, he introduced himself which was nice. He helped in moving a couple of pieces of furniture. He was specific about how some of the pet problem areas would dry a little longer. He spent extra time on these problem areas. He worked very hard on making an old carpet with three dogs look very terrific! Curtise was on time, very nice, and more than happy to hlep moving furniture all around. Overall, he did a wonderful job and the carpet looks fabulous!

Reached an answer machine during my initial phone inquiry and my call was quickly returned by a representative. The representative gave me an estimate over the phone. A service date was easily scheduled. The service arrived on time (one gentleman with a van). He was neatly dressed, cheerful, performed his work professionally, and gladly answered all my questions. I'm very pleased with the results. The carpet is much drier after cleaning than normal steam cleaning and very clean.

One person came on time, was professional, cleaned 4 bedroom carpets and made them look fantastic.

The owner gave me an estimate over the phone. Said they don't "bait & switch," which proved to be true. I ended up paying what she quoted. Giovanni was right on time. I had been told they would call me first when he was on his way, so it took me by surprise and I didn't have a chance to shut two of my three cats in the master closet before he got there. They were under the bed & I thought they'd stay there; however, Giovanni was very thorough and tucked the bed ruffle up under the matress so he could get partway under the bed. He used a very powerful huge commercial vacuum, which needless-to-say, freaked my cats out and they went running. This freaked me out because the front door had to be left partway open to accommodate the large vacuum suction tube. (My cats are indoor cats.) Long story shortened a bit -- everything worked out fine. Giovanni was very gracious and patient and I eventually got the two little ones rounded up and in the closet for the duration. I was very impressed with the hard work involved (including vacuuming & cleaning around all the edges and moving heavy stuff). I was thinking that it was probably time to invest in new carpet since this is 11 years old and was looking pretty bad; however, by the time Giovanni got through, the carpet looked as good as it did the day it was installed. I am very impressed by this company and will definitely be using again in a year.

Completed work as expected. This is the thrid time we have used this company for annual cleaning.

It is a large sofa, and it was quite dirty. The person who came out was prompt and pleasant. He was wonderful. My overall experience with Curtice Chem-Dry was excellent.

Curtis was on time and was very knowledgable about fabrics and cleaning etc. He was very helpful and we scheduled an additional time to clean another couch and chair.

The representative arrived right on time and got to work immediately. He spent about an hour and a half total and did an excellent job removing dog hair and dirt from the furniture.

They arrived punctually and did a complete and thorough job cleaning the carpets. Very polite and personable crew, they took their time with the job. They said the carpets would dry in 1 to 2 hours and it was true. Excellent company to deal with.
