Brian is a terrific guy who does a great job at a fair price. He's been cleaning my carpets regularly for many years, and they still look like new. Always reliable. Wonderful work.

Contacted Brian who performed the service approx 2 weeks ago approx. 12/3/2020. My carpet is less than one year old. Brian after cleaning it failed to remove dirt from the carpeting entry way, in front of sofa and a stain in the middle of the carpet area. he stated he spotted the stain 5 times and could not remove it . Then he claimed the other traffic areas entry and inf ront of carpet could not be cleaned any more than it was. He claimed that the area where to over used with traffic from scooter and people walking. Brian refused to return to my home and reattempt to remedy the problem. He offered no adjustment or refund or apology. Poor Service , My one year old carpet cant be cleaned I have photos of the carpet after he cleaned

Extremely happy with Curtice. He was able to get water stains and out of our sofa caused by a previous poor cleaning. Carpets look great, too. Very professional, on time, excellent work.

The sofa has not looked this good for several years. He was able to get the water stains caused by another cleaner completely out of my sofa. Very happy. Will definitely use again.

I think I used them a long time ago and they were fine. It's not their fault that my carpet was so stained that it didn't come out.

It went better than expected. When I called to make the appointment Brian was very professional and personable. He arrived on time and did an excellent job getting the carpet looking like new again. The carpet is 15 years old and the stairs were in desperate need of cleaning. I wish I would have taken a before and after picture. We will definitely use Curtice Chem Dry in the future.

Went well. Most of the stains were removed -- some of the more stubborn oil/grease stains are still visible, but it's a very light carpet and it was an improvement.

Brian is very prompt. If he says he will be at your location at 8 a.m. he is ringing your doorbell at 8 a.m. He is helpful, professional and I enjoy working with him. He is very detailed in his approach to cleaning our carpets and takes extra care in very soiled areas. He has given me many insights into what I will need when I replace our carpeting. Great job!!!

Process was great. Was given a time window of 10:00am to noon and Brian showed up right on time and got started; did everything I asked and was in and out in no time. Very professional; I would not hesitate to use Curtice ChemDry again and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Brian was punctual and very professional. His price was very fair since there was one set of stairs that was a problem area with stains. He worked efficiently and completed the job on time!!!

Very pleased with the entire experience. I was able to call and schedule service in line with a limited time I was available. The carpets were quite dirty and had multiple dog stains. At completion, carpets looked great, and dog smells are gone. I will definitely use Curtice again-I am very particular, and was happy to find a service provider that I would confidently refer to friends and family.

Brian was very easy to converse with via the Angie's List messaging system. He was prompt and thorough in his availability/scheduling. He was on time, as I was the first appointment in the morning. He explained what he was going to do and got to work. We had never had our carpets cleaned since installation in late 2013 and he was able to get it back to looking brand new. He worked very h****** some troubled areas and was passionate about doing the job and doing it to the best of his abilities. I can't thank him enough.

Called Brian on Monday asking for an estimate. He gave me one and said he could come out on Wednesday. He came we talked about a discount what he would be doing and he quoted me a price. Very reasonable price for work done. Two rooms and hallway. Chem-Dry is the way to go. Will never go back to the old soap and water... Brian was great, service was great. Very personable and new his stuff. He was in and out within an hour and a half and my carpet looked better than it have ever been. He even moved the couches to clean under them. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Curtice did an amazing job steam cleaning and sanitizing all the carpets and stairs in the house. The carpets are old but they now look like new. I will have him back to do the upholstery.

Generally the entire experience was quick and painless. My husband was very satisfied and that counts for extra high marks as he is hard to satisfy when it comes to his "babies", like his lovely carpet. He had nothing but good things to say about the service. There was only one embarassing problem. When the service was finished the worker asked me for a check for services rendered. I tried to give him proof of payment through Angies List and showed him on my tablet that i paid through Angies List already. HE called the office but I ended up writing a check for the service, which he took with him. The owner called me quickly, either later that day or early the next day to confirm services were pre-paid and offered to return my check. As I chose a local family run business that was recommended on Angies List, I simply requested he shred the check and I would void my duplicate. The confusion of how a pre-paid deal will be validated as pre-paid is a bit confusing and was embarrassing. However, I had no clue what I was supposed to do after scheduling the appointment and the employee was apparently not instructed as to the prepayment either. ANGIES LIST should give instructions to members as to what is expected from them at time services are rendered. That would be greatly helpful AND avoid embarrassment.

He showed up on time and did a great job the carpets were so bad the carpets have been in the house 30+ years with cat smells (mom has had 17 cats) and water damage ( the ceiling fell in and the rain water just sat on the carpet) I really didn't think he could get it cleaned it looks so nice now and even the pet smell is gone he was up front telling us he wasn't sure just how much of the cat smell he could get out but its great 1 week later you can't smell anything he worked so h****** getting it all out. We will be getting him out again to do our house

I was able to schedule service within a few days. Brian was punctual and very professional, and his work was fast and efficient. I chose his company as their method of cleaning uses much less water than steam cleaning and with non-chemical products which can leave residue on the carpet and attract dirt faster. I've experienced this in the past. After the work was completed, the carpet was beautiful and looked like new. I was really impressed that he was able to get out a few stains that previous steam cleaning was not able to. I had thought that I'd just have to live with them. Also, the carpet dried within a few hours. I was very happy and will definitely use them again.

Brian is owner and is great. He is friendly and very professional. I called him on a Wednesday for a quote and he was able to give me an accurate quote over the phone and was very patient with explaining the entire process to me. I was able to schedule an appointment only a few days later on a Saturday at 8am. I called a few other places for quotes and none of them wanted to work on the weekends. He showed up on time by himself and was very clean with maneuvering throughout the house with his equipment. The whole process only took about an hour and everything was dry within 2 hours. My carpets are 2 years old I have 3 cats and the carpets look brand new with no stains or smells.

They were very good. They were on time. The carpet was super clean and it dried fast. It dried in less than two hours. It was awesome. The price that he quoted was the price he charged me. He didn’t change it. He charged what he said he was going to charge. He broke down the price for each section of the house. He warned me that there are some areas with more foot traffic. It might be harder and it might not be the same. I was fine with it.

Very well. He arrived on time and worked very hard to get the carpet and sofa clean. They look like new now.

When he looked at my carpets, they said it very old dirt and it was cleaned with a detergent before. They were very professional as well as his workers. They even gave me a gift at the end, which was a cleaner I can use for spot cleaning. I had another company quote me a lower price but I thought this company was more professional. They did a fabulous job. It looks like it is brand new carpet and I couldn't be more pleased. It took them less time then I predicted. I would use this company again in the future.

We needed a carpet cleaning done for my Dad's home, which we were preparing to sell. If the carpets didn't come out clean, then we would have had to replace them. I explained that to the owner, Brian, on the phone when I called to schedule the service. He was very nice and told me that they'd do their very best. I know there are situations where some stains won't come out. However, the technician, Giovaniey, who came did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me clearly how their cleaning method works. He was very nice and I told him that we'd definitely ask them to come clean our home next time when we need the service. I know there are many carpet cleaning services out there, but I'm glad we found them. I put down B for punctuality, not because he was late. He was early. I didn't mind because our handyman happened to be there, so he let him in. Our appointment was 10 to noon, but he came at 8:45. Perhaps it was a miscommunication.
