Chem Dry is the worlds largest carpet cleaning franchise system. Curtice Chem Dry has been around since 1994. We use the latest in carpet cleaning technology. We dont use soaps or detergents. We use our patented cleaning process which uses a carbonated cleaner. We use a fraction of the moisture a steam cleaner would use, so carpets dry in hours, not days. No soapy residues are left behind, so spots dont re-appear. Most of our products are green.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning in living room and master bedroom. Cleaning was OK but rug stayed damp for many hours after he left. Other carpet cleaners have managed to get the carpet to dry out more rapidly. Major irritant.

Hi (removed member name), I dont have your number, I was wondering if you could call me. 310 373 8443. I have some questions. We keep pretty good records, but I cant find you anywhere on our schedule for April or May. We did a job on Ruhland last week, but it wasnt you. That's the only job I have booked for May. Also, the 89.00 price doesnt sound right to me. We have a minimum of 120.00. Is it possible we spoke but you booked with another company? Can you tell me the name of the technician? Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in my living room, spiral staircase, landing and one of our bedrooms. The dog had recently messed in living and bedrooms. The rugs look great, the 'fragrance' (mostly a citrusy smell) was terrific. They were on time, worked quickly, and cleanly. All in all, great job. Though we still will need new rugs.

WHETHER THE WORK IS PERFORMED BY THE OWNER OR A STAFF MEMBER, IT IS FAST, UNOBTRUSIVE AND METICULOUS. THEY ARE VERY PATIENT, EXPLAIN PROBLEM SPOTS AND WHAT TO EXPECT BEFORE AND AFTER CLEANING. THE CARPET IS DRY RIGHT AWAY AND THE ONLY REMAINING SIGN OF THEIR PRESENCE ARE SMALL CLEAR PLASTIC SQUARES WHICH ARE PUT UNDER FURNITURE AFTER THE CARPET IS CLEANED.
