Very responsive. Emailed pics of the problem and right way i got the estimate and suggestions. This is great way to use smart phone technology to satisfy customer. Right on time next day for the fix. Tom, Danny boss :) was very professional and answered all the questions. I will call them first for any other issues regarding plumbing. Thank you

I was very happy with Danny from T.O. Plumbing. ?I was given a window of between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM on the same morning that I called for service and he showed up at 11:00 AM in an obviously very well equipped truck and right away I just got the feeling he was an honest straightforward guy who takes pride in his work and isn't going to try to rip me off. ?He was polite, articulate, and explained every step of what he was doing. ?He went up on the roof and used a camera through the vents to locate the blockage and then snaked it and assured me that it was not a big problem, just a large toilet paper plug, partly due to the older cast iron plumbing in our home. ?This was such a relief because I always hate calling service people for fear that they won't be honest and will try to turn a small problem into a big costly job. ?I feel 100% confident now that T.O. Plumbing is not that kind of operation. ?Oh, and he also replaced a clean out cap that was sticking up out of the concrete in the driveway near the side gate with a proper one that is not a tripping hazard. ? So I don't even care if I could have gotten the job done just a little bit cheaper (you know that $99 guy) because I got exactly the kind of honest professional service that I was hoping for from T.O Plumbing without any attempt whatsoever to sell me anything I didn't need or make a big job out of a little one. ?In fact, I feel like I have found the company that I will call on for all my future plumbing needs. ?

Danny & his crew were able to respond to my panicked call within about 2 hours. They were very professional: cleaned the line, showed me everything I wanted to know about what needed to be done, and gave me detailed explanations to all my questions. Pricing was competitive. We will need additional work done due to shoddy original piping (consistent with all the homes in our neighborhood), and will definitely have these guys out to take care of it all.

It turned ot that rerouting was definitely the right choice because he discovered a second leak in the slab just a few feet from the first leak. That repair would have cost the insurance company an additional $1,500.00. T.O. plumbing did an excellent job or rerouting the lines through the attic. Danny was efficient, professional, couteous and did a great job of cleaning up.

He did the job and got it done well. He was in and out and that's about it but he does quality work.

While we had to wait for parts to come from Kohler(not T.O.s fault) once the part was in, the work was done properly and cleanly. Tom arrived on time and the work was completed quickly. Will definitely use again for future plumbing needs.

Dan was prompt, professional and courteous. Initial visit was ontime and he worked quickly and effienctly. Returned the next morning with a part he did not have on his truck. Overall very pleased with his service.

We like Danny and the guys he has working for him. We have used him before and have always been happy with their service and felt that he is fair in his pricing and they know what needs to be done.

I was very pleased with the service. Jim was friendly, prompt, professional and efficient. He quickly solved the problem and was helpful with suggestions should the problem occur again. I will definitely use Thousand Oaks Plumbing again and would refer them without any reservation.

It went great! I called for assistance at 10:30 on a Saturday morning. The office person was very polite and helpful and told me that the plumber was on the road and would be back to me shortly. Within 20 minutes I got the call from the plumber who told me he could be at my house between 1:00 and 3:00 PM and quoted me the price for the call up front. He arrived, was very polite and had my line cleared and good to go by 2:00PM. Couldn't ask for more!

It went extremely well. Danny and his helper were neat, organized and completely prepared to do the job.

Tom arrived within the time window given to me. The work was performed quickly and he left the work areas clean and neat. The scheduler, Kate was very professional on the phone, when I set up the appointment.

We called on a Sunday and got the answering service, but then Tom called back within a few minutes. We told him our water heater had failed and we needed to set up an appointment for Monday. He answered a number of questions, was extremely helpful and professional, and said it would be done on Monday and they'd call between 7:30 and 8:30 to set up a time 'window'. Sure enough, we got that call and were told they'd be here between 12 and 2. Promptly at 12, the truck arrived and the work started! Tom did the work... extremely efficient, professional and thorough. He was here less than two hours, and we were back in business!

Called to have someone come out, the next day they were there on time. Same day service was not available I think due to staff away on vacation. No big deal, next day worked for me just fine.

When I called T.O. Plumbing and explained the problems, I was told someone could be out the following morning. Tom showed up the next day within the time frame I was given. He was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He explained everything to me as to what was needed to fix each of the issues. As it turned out, it wasn't necessary at this time to replace the entire bathroom faucet fixture (which could have been much more costly as it is a double vanity so it would require replacement of the other sink faucet, involving purchasing 2 new faucets as no record of the current model and most likely not carried by T.O. Plumbing). By putting on a new O-ring, it stopped the leaking and saved us some money. He completed all 3 repairs fairly quickly and had me test the bathroom faucet to make sure everything was working properly for me. My husband and I are pleased with the work and the price and will most likely be using T.O. Plumbing again.

My sewer line has been a problem for some time. Danny at Thousand Oaks plumbing sent the insurance company a dvd of my sewer line and they approved the replacement of the damaged section. Danny had been to my house several times in the past to clear out my line. He was always available, day or night. Replacing the sewer line is usually very expensive, but the insurance company paid for all but $50. Danny and his crew did a great job and in the exact amount of time he quoted me. His cleanup was perfect ( he made it look like nothing had been dug up). Danny is extremely professional, and one heck of a nice guy. I highly recommend Thousand Oaks Plumbing.

With a house full of company we had a plumbing back up. He correctively knew, he predicted where it would be. And even though Danny had been out here a week before for a water line break that he installed a brand new water line to the street. He was recommended by the American Water Resources. That is the insurance company we had contracted for our outside plumbing and waste water lines. That was the first experience we had with him. When U called him and he came out and asked me a lot of questions. He told me to go ahead and open a case because he knew what the problem was and that it would be covered. He came out the same day even though he was coming from a job and would not be here until quarter of seven at night. He came out after a full day of work because he knew we had a house full of company staying with us. He made a special effort to work until after eight o'clock to get rid of this enormous massive route that had invaded our main sewer line. He is very good and hard working. He is the owner and it is a local buisness. He was really good.

For the first time I was happy that I called a plumber. They were responsive to the work I needed, very knowledgeable and kept me informed. They simply charged me for their time and parts and not "by the job" like many other plumbers I have used in the past.

They were excellent and I would highly recommend them. I went to their website on Sunday and you can type in your problem on the website. They don’t work on a Sunday, but the plumber got back with me the following morning at 8:30. However, he couldn’t come out that day because there was a lot of booking, but he made arrangements to come out the following day. Then he came at 11:00 the following day and we discussed the problem. He made a recommendation of re-routing the hot water line in the garage. He is in partnership with another company and they did an electronic analysis to determine where the leak was. His recommendation was okay and he did it that evening because I was free from 3 o’clock until about 6:00 and he completed the job. The cost was very reasonable and he also gave me a discount since I am a senior, which was good. A slab leak is a hot water pipe running underneath the slab of concrete. I knew something was wrong and the readings were going up. So, I checked the meter on the street and there was definitely a leak. I didn’t want to call the previous plumber because they charged me $1600 for some work that they did. However, the price charged by Thousand Oaks Plumbing was less than half of that. The plumber said that he could have gone through the bathroom to fix the leak, but would be very expensive and there would be a lot of remodeling to do as a result of that. I called my home owners insurance company and I could have submitted a claim, but I didn’t want that. I would definitely use Thousand Oaks Plumbing again.

Their price was okay. They had the right equipment and they knew as to what they were doing. It is a very competitive field in terms of the pricing.

Tom came out to repair a leaking toilet. Very professional, friendly, prompt.
