Description of Work: T O Plumbing twice over the past year--simple jobs, to replace the flush mechanism in toilets. Both times they were able to come out the same day or early the next day. They confirm the appt by email and "introduce" the technician before he arrives. If he is delayed, the office can track him and confirm where he is and when he will arrive.

Description of Work: I called on a Friday for a non-emergency replacement of the flush mechanism in a low-flow toilet and they came out early Monday morning. Two other plumbing firms that I called said that their first open appointment was a week away.

Description of Work: Danny showed up a little early and was extremely helpful, polite and informative to my wife. Our patio and side yard drains were completely clogged and nothing was flowing out to the street. One service quoted us 5 hours and approx $1,400 to clear the drains, it took Danny 1.5 hours total to do the job, replace all the drain covers and clean up. Highly recommend Danny and T.O. Plumbing and will be using his company for all future jobs!

Description of Work: Replaced broken shower/tub system. We couldn't find replacement parts so T O Plumbing worked with me to figure out how to install new valves and piping without having to rip out and replace wall and tiles. They did a fabulous job and shower/tub faucets work better than since we bought the house.
