Description of Work: Computer slow and difficulty getting into certain websites. Cleaned up "stuff" on both our desk top and lap top. End result was much faster operations on both now with no further problems to date.

Description of Work: Brian really doesn't need another glowing review here but he's going to get one anyway. Short story- my hard drive crashed badly and he diagnosed, set me up with a new drive and and an external drive for my system so it wouldn't be so bad next time. |I had my files backed up to the cloud on Sugarsync so I didn't lose anything but had to re install my programs which I did. |What can I say about Brian? Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, punctual etc. And yes I will use him again. Definitely!

We wish to say; 'Thank You' very much for taking your time to answer questions for this review, some 7 months after the Service Call was performed. As stated above, we were contacted by our ‘Existing Customer’ to 'Strip Out' their PC after they took it to another PC Repair Shop, and complaining that it was ‘messed up’ beyond functionality and would not take it back to them to fix. So, as requested, and understanding it would be of some expense, we Backed-up all the Data, then Reloaded Windows, Office 2003 – then upgraded to 2007, set-up Email on Outlook, and then set-up a Backup System. We felt bad that it took so long to reload their slow pc that we deducted $156 from the Bill for Customer Satisfaction. We are so sorry that the Customer was frustrated after already spending allot of money with the prior service company and felt we did not achieve a 'cheap fix' and wish to extend a very warm, deep and heartfelt Apology. Description of Work: I had contacted Brian to have a DVD burner installed into my desktop tower. Brian suggested that I simply purchase an external burner and connect to my PC via external USB port. This solution will most likely satisfy my needs and will spare me the cost of having him come out to perform the installation. I greatly appreciate him selflessly providing this unsolicited advice which will result in saving myself that expense of having him come out to do the installation.
