Excellent service. Punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Fixed my virus problems, and gave excellent advice. Highly recommended.

He returned my call within 5 minutes, came to my home on same day. Arrived promptly, was professional, courteous & did a great job.

Brian arrived on time and began working. Was very professional, and I felt confident that he knew what he was doing. He quoted me a minimum of $125, which would be applied to the first hour of service. Final price (based on hourly quote) was correct. He went through a number of diagnostic sequences to pinpoint the problem. He also said that the large amount of dust could be the cause or contributing to my problem. Computer fixed as promised. I thought the hourly rate seemed a little high, but because it was a house call, it may be in line with current prices.

Amazing. Brian Whyte is fantastic. Knows his stuff, years of experience, good business practices. He teaches as he goes, a great part of the time he was saving my programs, files and hardware.

It went fine. He also set me up with a new external hard drive and referred me to a free anti virus online software.

Since I had purchased the computer less than 1 month ago, he suggested that I return it rather than a repair visit. I so appreciate his consideration and honesty in not trying to charge me for repairs that can be avoided by a simple return. I will recommend PC Heaven to anyone, and will keep the tel # on file for future reference. (computers always need some sort of help with all the software bugs, etc.).

THE OWNER RESPONDED QUICKLY, TOOK OVER, DIRECTED THE ACTIVITIES, VERY QUICKLY. I DID NOT UNDERSTANDMOST OF WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE ACCOMPANIED ME TO BEST BUY TO PURCHASE A NEW PC. I RESENTED HAVING TO BUY THE MICROSOFT SOFTWARE PROGRAMS OVER AGAIN SINCE I HAD PURCHASED THE ORIGINAL PC FROM BEST BUY WITH THE PROGRAMS LOADED ON IT A COUPLE OF YEARS PRIOR. THE OWNER OF PC HEAVEN DID NOT ATTEMPT TO NEGOTIATE INCLUDING THE PROGRAMS ON THE REPLACEMENT PC, BUT MADE ME BUY THEM, ADDING TO THE TOTAL. THERE WERE A COUPLE OF TOOL BARS ON THE PC AND THE LAPTOP BEFORE THE SERVICE WHICH ARE NOW MISSING.UNFORTUMATELY THAT MEANS I CAN NO LONGER BOOKMARK MY FAVORITE WEBSITES TO VISIT AND THE FILE/SAVE FUNCTION IS MISSING ON THE LAPTOP. BUT THE BIGGEST CONCERN I HAVE IS THAT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO BACK UP MY DATA, WANTED IT TO BE AUTOMATICALLY BACKED UP, AND DO NOT THINK IT HAS BEEN BACKED UP SINCE HE WAS HERE.HE WAS NOT PATIENT ENOUGH TO TEACH ME WHAT TO DO ADEQUATELY. I REALIZE I AM NOT A TEKKIE AND NEEDED SOME EXTRA TIME TO CATCH ON, BUT HE WAS IN A HURRY TO GET TO HIS NEXT JOB.

The service was good overall. They're knowledgeable and timely...they get the work done.

He arrived early for the appointment and calmly started to working no time at all my computer was fixed, tuned, and running better than ever. He gave me a few pointers for the future and talked me through what he had done. I highly recommend Brian Whyte / PC Heaven and intend to pass on his name and number to all my friends and associates.

Brian did a great job. He arrived on time and did an outstanding job. The overall cost was more than I expected, but the service was excellent. I have since called Brian with a minor computer issue and he walked me though a repair over the phone.

The name of the contact person is Brian Whyte. This is the second guy I called. After the first one did not show up, I called this guy. It was a Sunday and he called me back within an hour. In terms of price, I wish I would have paid a little less, but again when you get somebody who does a good job, you soon forget the price and I was satisfied with the product. Moreover, when you pay too little you don't get what you want and you don't forget the price. He ran a little late; however he kept calling and telling us that he was going to be late. I will call him again.

I've been using them for years. I think they're terrific. I've never had a problem they couldn't solve.

Brian from PC Heaven came to my house and quickly diagnosed my computer's problem - a blown power supply - and replaced the power supply. The power supply was provided with no mark up, and Brian produced the receipt, which he gave to me. And then he proceeded to perform a tune up at no extra charge. He then retested the computer, checked the printer and, within short order, he was done. Quick, professional, efficient - what more can you ask for, and all for a reasonable price. Thanks!

I had a really good experience with him. I was referred to him. He was very honest about the problems with my computer. I had my computer checked by Apple and they said exactly the same thing. He could have made money on me but he didn’t. He didn’t do any work for me. I just interacted with him. He basically saved me money. He said at five years you’re pretty much done with your computer. There’s nothing more to do to wrap it up. He was honest and I had two other people confirm it. Integrity is most important than anything else. I would absolutely use his services again in the future.
