Problems were shown to me before repairs, broken parts shown to me and everything was done quickly and neatly. Garage door is working great!

Quick to respond to our call. He could have easily told/ sold us a new opener but rather he repaired the one we had. When this ol garage door opener finally does die, we will definitely call him back to install a new.

We came home from a vacation to an automatic garage door that wouldn't open. Dustin at Paradise immediately saw it was a broken spring. Since we have a heavy wooden door we have two sets of springs. We elected to replace both since the existing ones were 10 years old. Dustin did a great job. He was very efficient and professional. We felt the price was reasonable. I would recommend Paradise Garage Door to my friends and family.

Called Linn today after lunch and explained the problem. He knew exactly what I was talking about and quoted me right there on the phone, at a rate about 20% less than two other providers I had called. I asked if there was any chance he could show up today and be finished before 3:30, and he confirmed. Met my wife at 2pm, fixed the door at the price quoted, and even reinforced the other garage door a little at no extra charge. My wife texted me that and quot;these guys are awesomeand quot; partway through the job. He was done and gone by 2:45, less than 2 hours after I first contacted him! Truly fantastic - highly recommended.

I own a rental property where the tenant was having problems opening and closing the garage door. I contacted Linn and he was troubleshooting the problem within a couple of hours. He was very pleasant to work with, and was very good with communicating what the problem with the door was. He gave a reasonable estimate to correct the issues and took care of the repairs immediately. I would definitely call him again if I need any work done on garage doors!

Linn worked with us to provide the best solution for a new garage door in a new location. He was the most responsive contractor we interviewed and did an excellent job at the best price. He is such a pleasure to work with, doing everything on time in a clean and professional manner. I would heartily recommend him to anyone!

The serviceman came the same day I called. He performed the work in an efficient and workmanlike manner. He was pleasant and friendly. The charge was entirely reasonable. The garage door opens and closes properly.

Although I gave Linn a good review at first, I feel after his second visit and another charge, that he was not realistic in his patch job. I was willing to buy a new unit, and am now out $130 for both visits, only to have the door completely collapse the first time I tried to open it after his second visit. Linn is a very nice man and I hate to add this review but his work failed and it is money wasted. I would call a different and quot;expertand quot; to install and new garage door unit.

My wife could not get her car out of the garage to go to work. After arranging a ride for her to get to work, I called Linn at Paradise and within 2 hours my problem was fixed. He gave me an accurate quote over the phone as well as the time he was able to arrive. He showed up right when he said he would, fixed my problem within 30 minutes and the price was exactly what we had agreed to. This is the first time I have actually used Angie's List and it just paid off big time. I could not be happier with Angie's List or with Paradise Garage Doors. Thanks Linn.

The experience was great, he was prompt and professional. He did a high quality job and even though the remote is still not working great he has offered to come back out and fix it.

My garage door went off the hinges and I needed someone to fix it quickly. I called Paradise the next morning and they came out the same day. Linn, the technician and I think the owner, did a great job. He was professional and courteous and told me the price upfront before he even came out. No surprises...just great work. I would definitely use them again if needed.

HONEST COMPANY, ON TIME SERVICE.The springs on our double wide garage door had broken. I called Paradise and the they picked up the phone and gave me a reasonable quote so I asked them to come out. The service man showed up on time as promised and after looking at our spring revised his quote DOWN to reflect the lighter weight spring we had on our door. He repaired the problem and was done within the hour. Of I would use him again and I am still waiting from the other companies I had called to return my call.

Called Linn in desperation late day. He came within the hour and calmly repaired the whole thing in less than an hour. He is my hero and I would recomment him with NO reservations.

Electric garage door trolley broke. Called Len and he came out. He explained it was a part only could be ordered from Sears. Ordered part from Sears. When it arrived, called Len for installation. One of his men came out, but it was the wrong part (catalogue mislabeled). Had to have something done, so Len said they would get a part that would work. Came out again, fixed garage door like new. They came out 3 times for this job, each time on time, courteous and professional. I have recommended these guys to my family, and I would not call anyone but them if something ever goes wrong with my garage door. AAA+

Called Len yesterday for a repair. He showed up today on time, and was ready to get to work. He made a few adjustments...and our garage was back in business. While he was here he took a good look at all the mechanics of the garage door to check it's overall condition. Everything looked good. It was a great experience. Len was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I will absolutely use this compnay again!

He came out 2/27 (the day I called) to examine the door and determine what parts he would need and reduced the estimate from about $200 to about $150 after seeing the door in person. He then arrived on time 2/28 and replaced the springs, adjusted them, and oiled the door in about 20 minutes. No attempt to upsell or expand the scope of the work. I had indicated I just wanted the door to make it another year or two until I would be ready to replace them all and he did just that.

We called around 8:30am after discovering that the torsion springs on our double door garage were broken. My husband explained that he needed the springs fixed as soon as possible because he needed to get his car out of the garage in order to get to work. Linn said he could come out that morning and also explained how we could raise the garage door ourselves and get my husband's car out so he could be on his way to work while I waited for Linn to arrive. Linn arrived on time and did an excellent job. He efficiently replaced the old two springs with new, better springs and lubricated everything. He also replaced a roller hinge which was also broken, just for the price of the part ($5). Definitely two thumbs up!!

These are very nice guys. Agreed to come out in the evening on a Thanksgiving Friday. Additionally, lubricated both of my garage doors at no charge and also screwed an angle bar to the top of my smaller door which used to flex due to a crack on the top edge. At no charge again. However, I thought their prices could be a little lower. No complaints though. I recommended them to some friends and they too had good things to say.

They did an excellent job. They were prompt, efficient, and they came right away. They told us when they were going to come back and fix it and they were right on time.

Unable to assess as they never showed up for the job.

They came out the same day I called and removed the failed door that was jammed shut. Helped choose a good looking, insulated door at a reasonable price. Did not overly push higher priced doors. The door installed quickly and performs beautifully. We discussed getting a better opener (which I will have them do at a later date), but they got my old one working fine.

We have a double door garage and a single door and on both doors, the bottom of our doors weathering seal had disappeared. I contacted Paradise and they came out and fixed the problem. Great customer service was provided as well.

They were very quick, thorough and on time. We had asked them if it was possible to keep the expenses down, and so they looked at our opener to see if it was useable, and they advised against using it. Instead of saying that they will get back to us, they gave us the option right then and there, and we got the door replaced. They were professional.
