Brucar Locksmith

Two different hardware stores could not successfully make the 2-edged key, so I took the work to Brucar. The key worked perfectly.

Although my contractor replaced properly functioning hardware and tried many times to align the sliding mechanisms he never got it fixed. It was annoying that with the new set we had to bang the door and push to get the bolt to line up in order to get it to open. Our contractor blamed the door frame that had been painted. He said it was as good as it was going to get. Joe had it perfectly fixed in five minutes. It works so smoothly and effortlessly!!! He had his receptionist call to update me on his arrival time which to me is a sign of a responsible and respectful company. Both of them were very pleasant and professional. I would not hesitate to use him again or refer him to anyone. Thank you Joe for knowing your craft and being so easy to deal with.

There was a little confusion as to a change in the appointment time. However, they responded quickly and gave me a discount for the miscommunication. The locksmith was friendly and very efficient with his work.

Should the need arise, we would definitely use Brucar Locksmith again. My son was house sitting for a family friend and he lost the key. Brucar asked for proof of residence from the homeowner and once that was provided Brucar helped us get into the house. The service was on-time, professional and reasonably priced.

Excellent experience. My front door key worked very rough for 2 days, then was able to get in the door, but couldn't get the key out. I called Brucar Locksmith, and a very understanding woman answered the phone. Joe came out within a half hour! He quickly replaced the cylinder and rekeyed it to my key, and the key works so smoothly! Joe was very courteous and personable as well as professional. They will be the first I call the next time I need help with the locks. Couldn't have been happier with the experience.

This vendor was thorough and professional. Jeremy was the technician onsite, and he asked questions, listened to what we wanted, and provided the locks as requested. I had a change to one lock after the work was complete, and Brucar deployed another resource the next day to change the lock to be exactly what I wanted. Contacts in the office were also great: very responsive and professional. I will definitely work with this vendor again and recommend them to others.

The locksmith arrived on time, was quick, courteous, repaired some of the broken locks with parts in his truck, and explained everything and whatever options were availble, as he went. He did an excellent job and made some suggestions of some things that he could do to save us money, with some of the locks. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

He was understanding, polite and came within half an hour of the call. Found the best solution, replaced, repaired and double checked everything...very professional, tidy and helpful. Cost was reasonable and avoided expensive alternatives...would happily use again.

I called Brucar to make an appointment for them to come to my house to make a key for my front door. They were able to accommodate me the same day. The locksmith arrived on time, in fact he was early and called when he was in his way which I really appreciated. He was able to make me three keys for the front door, as well match those keys to our garage door lock (so one key can open two different doors). All of this tool a little less than 30 minutes. Joe was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I was initially afraid that getting a key made for an existing front door lock would be expensive and/or entail buying and installing a new lock. But this was a simple procedure for Joe and so much cheaper for me. I would definitely use Brucar again, and would highly recommend the company to anyone in the area who needs locksmithing services. This was such a pleasant experience, I wish all transactions were are easy as this one.

The front door deadbolt lock was getting very difficult to operate. Also, we had lost all keys to the latch lock. I called Brucar's office on Wednesday afternoon and made an appointment for 9:45 Thursday morning. NOTE! That is 9:45 [not some 4 hour window] ... and that is exactly when Joe arrived at my front door. I explained what I needed in about two minutes. Joe asked if I wanted him to key the two locks alike. I hadn't considered that, but quickly agreed to his suggestion. Two minutes later he started working. Hard to say which I liked best -- having him understand what I wanted, or seeing his obvious competence as he worked. This guy is the real deal. Absolutely top quality in all respects.

Joe arrived, on time and friendly. I showed him the broken lock which despite all my efforts, I had been unable to fix. Joe , without hesitating, fixed the lock in what seemed like just a few minutes. What a Pro!

Our front door has been having issues, and it was very difficult to open from the out side. I looked on Angie's list and found Joe with great reviews, so I decided to call at approximately 6pm.
