From the beginning, the company was very professional. A representative came by to evaluate the job and e-mailed me a detailed proposal that same day. The proposal gave me three detailed choices in units. The work started and was completed within the time frame given. All the workers were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves, walked me thru the use of the new thermostat, and were very pleasant to work with. I would recommend this company .

They did an excellent job. iThe main unit was washed down and they were up in the attic checking the unitt up there and the attic fan.

Their services were excellent, from the first visit until the installation. They were very knowledgeable about the mini splits units ( not very popular here yet) and also very curteous. I was very happy to have found them and I would recommend their services to anyone.

They were on time cleaned up their mess. Workers wore booties and were polite. It was a great experience.

He got there before I got home and by the time I arrived, all the work was over. He explained everything that he'd looked at and concluded results. He was professional. He walked me through his inspections and conclusions. He advised me on fixes to make my system bulletproof and was never pushy. Pro. Before I had arrived I had spoken with my wife over the phone and she kept me up to date with everything. My system was turning on, but it wasn't blowing cold air. He assessed it and let my wife know that it wasn't what I thought it was (a freon leak) and that the fix was immediate. If it had been a freon leak, the test would've taken two weeks. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I always felt like he was telling me exactly what he knew and it was the truth.

I called Connor Air on a Sunday evening and left a message. I had a tenant in a guest house in Pasadena without air conditioning. Early the next morning (Monday) their scheduler called me, explained well what their basic visit cost would be and that it would not be applied to the final bill, but as I realized that they were both fair and would come quickly I made an appointment for them to visit my tenant the same day. Their technician, Raymond, was a certified Mitsubishi technician and completely familiar with the Mitsubishi Mini-Split Air Conditioning unit, which is a ductless type and somewhat unusual. Upon inspection of the filters (which were clean) it was decided the problem was the system was low on refrigerant as it probably had a small leak somewhere. (He explained that ideally the refrigerant should be good for the life of the system once installed, and we had re-filled it less than 9 months earlier during a repair, so there must be a leak.) He explained what it would take to find the leak and the cost, but that they could do it, provided the unit could be off-line for two weeks. It was decided that this could wait for now and it was more important to get it up and running again in the short term. I liked that he was willing to get into the nitty gritty details with me of how this air conditioner works and didn't mind any question I asked, and also didn't mind that I followed him around while he worked and asked a lot of questions. His paperwork was also very thorough and went into these details, so I could refer back to that in future if needed. I was very pleased and I would call Connor again before anyone else if I had a problem again with this unit.

They replaced my 25 year old fading Lennox system with a new Trane High Efficiency XR95 single stage furnace 95 AFUE and a Trane XR 15 15 SEER Air Conditioner. Replaced all the duct work and registers. Replaced the old thermostat with a Venstar digital wifi programmable thermostat. Enlarged the air return and added one additional register in a large family room. The owner son Jarred came out and gave me an estimate. Took his time to answer my many questions. Very professional with no pressure tactics. There quote on 3 different levels of systems was in the ballpark of the 2 other bids. Actually a little lower. I had used Connor before on 3 occasions for service and was already comfortable with them doing the job. They are a family run, local company. My home is a 2 bd 1 ba aprox 1250 sq ft. build in 1940. Attic furnace install, exterior A/C took 2 days. Went smoothly other than a lot of dust from my insulation which they were good about cleaning up. The install quality was enough for the guy from the pressure testing company to sing its praises. Passed independent pressure test and LA County inspection with no problems. Highly Recommend.

Connor came in out bid another company because they were willing to include other services in their price for a comparable system like 3rd party inspection and permit fees. The others wanted to charge extra. Their work was efficient and professional. They explained everything they did prior to beginning and as they went along. They gave me full instructions prior to leaving and they explained that the inspection would occur at a later date. So far the system is quiet and efficient. Yes I highly recommend Connor for any work including maintenance. All their techs are professional and caring. That makes a difference in my eyes.

They never tried to sell me, which I really appreciated, they just informed me and came and did all the work on time, and with the schedule they provided. The house was put together incredible well after they left and it was one of the most professional and honest experiences I have had as a home owner. I chose Connor Air based on the great reviews, and was not disappointed. I was a pleasure to work with a small, family business full of nice people, who are great at what they do. Jarred, the owner's son, came by and prepared an estimate after looking over the existing system and advising me on my options. We went over a few ideas for how to better cool my west-facing, 2-story house. Within a day I had an estimate that provided a complete price, along with several options for upgrades or optional extras. There was never any pressure or upselling. I sent the signed estimate back. It took a little while for the equipment to arrive in their warehouse, and during this time the communication wasn't the best (there were some personal events going on, I gather, and with a family business I suppose that happens). It wasn't a big deal. The installation was scheduled as soon as the equipment arrived. Connor Air also handled the subcontracting work for the asbestos abatement. The foreman was a great guy and long time employee. He was totally in control of his very polite crew and they quickly got to work. The job was finished in 2 days, and my house was left clean, with no damage. I highly recommend this company.

We met Jarred at the house to get a quote for a new furnace and figure out our options for the AC system, which was not cooling the house as well as we hoped. He took a look at the old unit, checked out the furnace and ducting in the attic, and walked through the house before advising us of our options. He was able to describe several issues with our existing AC unit (too small to handle the square footage of the house, air intake inside the house was too small, and a few other things that no one else we received a quote from even mentioned), sent over a formal proposal with several options (more professional looking than others we received), and informed us of a rebate program that again no one else mentioned. The price of the system we selected was much more than the other quotes we received, but considering the rebate, brand reputation of the equipment purchased, and our confidence that the installation would go off without a hitch, it seemed very much worth the premium. So far, we still think this is the case. Installation was scheduled for three weeks after we agreed to go with Connor Air, mainly because the company was very busy. I would say this is the only downside of working with them - they are a smaller firm and obviously do great work (based on our experience and other reviews), so it makes it tougher to schedule things immediately. After installation, they agreed to come back to test the unit at a later date as we were remodeling the house and there was a lot of dust around. They came back another time to finish up and test the system, arranged for the person who needed to run a separate test to comply with the rebate program to come by, and helped us submit the required forms for the rebate. We will use Connor Air for all our heating/AC needs, and recommend that others do so as well.

We were impressed from the moment Jarred came out to give us the bid. we loved that it was local, a family business & had good reviews. we had rec'd bids from a few other places, & Connor was not the lowest but definitely not the highest. The other companies had sent out a "salesman" who spent way too long presenting the bid (he was here almost 2 hrs) & I don't know if he even understood the whole system, then another came in & looked & was out in about 20 min. (that included giving us a bid)- never even took measurements Then Jarred came & was just right! We had told him it was ok to mail the bid but instead he took the time to come by after work to drop it off& answer questions The date arranged to start was met & finished when they said. the owner came by at the end to ck on things & to make sure we were happy. they didn't ask for money up front to order the equipment, just pay when completed:-) AMAZING & great to have someone trust you today! If anyone in SG Valley (or wherever-not sure how far they go) needs heating or a/c work you really should call Connor.VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING! a great family business! don't want to forget the installers- very nice, helpful, neat - even assisting us in getting attic ready. a great team!

They were very professional, prompt and I was satisfied with what they had to offer.

The sales process was informative and complete. All questions were answered and the quote was done on a professional form that explained everything and gave several options. Becasue of the summer heat, they were busy so they could not install for several weeks, but the wait was worth it. It is good to know a company is busy not waiting around without work. On the first day of install (the job was huge so it took two days), the installed showed up promptly when they said they would and got right to work. Nice guys, all of them. All of the work was done neatly, with drop cloths for the floor and rubbish taken away as they worked. The joints and ducts were sealed neatly, there is a lot of pride in their work! The salesman (owner's son) came by during the job to consult and make sure everything was done as we had discussed. They actually found two things they had to do extra to make sure they system would perform well and be safe and even those they had not account for those extras in the cost, the price was the same. No upcharges or extras! Very impressed with the attention to detail and quality. They had a fair price and we got more than we paid for.

They did a professional job, very pleasant to work with. They were a little spendy, but I received great service and they did a quality job. Money will spent.

Conner was one of two companies offering Trane service in our area. After listening to their presentation, including options and alternatives, we decided to go with their bid without soliciting another one. Work was performed in one day. Their installers were courteous and professional and even came up with suggestions for routing electical and refrigerant conduits so that they were practically invisible. They cleaned up after themselves, both inside and out, and left our property the way they found it. Connor arranged for us to have the independent testing certification required by the State at no additional cost to us.We are very pleased with our expience with Conner. From beginning to end, they have been very professional and competent. We recommend them without reservation, and will look to them first when we need additional service in the future.

I looked around for awhile for different companies and came across this one. What grabbed me the most was that the owner's family is involved and they are going to be around for years to come. The owner's son was very knowledgeable. John and his crew was polite and through.

THEY WERE REALLY GOOD, THEY GAVE A QUOTE ON WHAT THEY WOULD DO AND PROVIDED A GOOD SERVICE. THE WORK GOT AN "A" FROM OUR GRADE SCALE! WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK.

THEY CAME AND DID A COMPLETE REMODEL OF THE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING UNIT INCLUDING REMOVING SOME BAD INSULATION. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. FROM THE START TO FINISH THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY PERFORMED EVERYTHING HE PROMISED, INCLUDING THE SERVICE BEING ON TIME AND OUTSTANDING QUALITY.
