Description of Work: They removed all the popcorn ceilings from my condo (about 800 sq ft), textured and painted ceiling, and installed a ceiling fan in my bedroom. Carlos is just the best. He was so clean, I didn't even need to dust after. And as a senior single woman, he is so easy and pleasant to do business with. His wife handles the office and she is also great. I can highly recommend this company with no reservations.

Description of Work: Final Touch Ceilings provide various services including "popcorn ceiling removal, and resurfacing, repair of wall and ceiling cracks, and painted the wall and trim. They did these services over a four days period. They worked fast but showed an high level of expertise and experience. They were responsive, and flexible with their scheduling the job and follow up issues that occurred. I would use them again - absolutely.

Description of Work: They replaced my old fluorescent lighting with recessed lighting, dropped the dealing, replaced drywall and textured the new ceiling. They did a fantastic job. Everyone I dealt with at Final Touch was incredibly responsive, pleasant and great to work with. I'd highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Carlos and Mike did a superb job. I had popcorn removed from the ceilings of entire house and 25 Recessed lights installed throughout. Even though the ceiling contained asbestos and had to be removed by a subcontractor, the work was started at mid day on Monday and the entire project was completed by Thursday. Great work and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Repaired water damage on bedroom ceiling (replaced drywall panel) and installed ceiling fixture for fan and light, repaired two large holes in master bathroom wall, and repaired damaged wall in family room. Everything went exceptionally well. Carlos gave me an on-site evaluation and a written estimate, and did his best to schedule the work for a day that was most convenient for me. His work was quite good and I believe the price was very fair. Everyone at Final Touch Ceilings is very professional.

Description of Work: We were very pleased with Carlos and his team! When we got the quote Carlos was friendly and explained everything well, he was not pushy with add ons we didn't need/or want. We had 2,600sq ft of popcorn removed and retextured, also reset lighting put in then kitchen. They were right on time every morning.It took 3 days and we were able to come home after they were done every night. The price was competitive and the work turned out beautiful.

They are a hardworking team, very professional, honest, and accommodating. They did an exceptional job on our ceilings, drywall repair, and extensive electrical work for LED recessed lighting with new dimmer switches. They also removed some old kitchen lighting and chandeliers in the dining and family rooms. Carlos and Mike are expert craftsmen who sincerely care about the quality of their work. We also discussed installing recessed lighting throughout our (1800 sq ft) house with Carlos, and he offered several excellent ideas. Description of Work: I called Final Touch and spoke to Danelle. She gave me a time that Carlos would be able to meet me at the house and he was there on time. He was friendly and professional. He gave me a quote for removal of the popcorn ceilings for the whole house. I had not gotten any other estimates yet, so I didn't know what to expect. I later got another estimate that was very much more than Carlos' had quoted. Then he underbid Carlos' bid and said he could do it immediately. Based on Anglie's list I decided to go with Carlos. He did an excellent job and I am so pleased. The house looks 100% better. He was so neat in doing the work even though the house was completely empty he was careful and didn't leave any trash or mess in the house; there was no evidence of him being there. Just a new ceiling. Great job!

Description of Work: I called Final Touch Ceilings becasue their Angie's List page indicated they do ceiling fan installation, electrical hookup and drywall repair wherever they'd have to cut through the wall. The only thing they don't do is the touchup painting, but that's something I can handle myself. This was exactly what I was looking for -- one person who could do it all. This meant I wouldn't have to incur the extra expense of hiring an electrician. After I left a message at their office, Carlos returned my call promptly and gave me a quote over the phone -- between $175 and $250, which I thought was very resonable since the other quote I obtained was for more than $500 to do essentially the same work! We scheduled Carlos for Tuesday, 7/17, between 8:00 and 8:30 am, and he arrived exactly at 8:00 am. He was very professional and courteous and proceeded to lay down plastic everywhere, basically constructing a totally enclosed area where he'd be working so no dust could escape elsewhere into the house. He hooked up the power supply with just one small cut in the drywall, then assembled the fan, installed it on the ceiling, set up the remote control, patched the wall so it would have the same textured look as everything else, removed all the plastic carefully so as to retain the dust and debris, then moved all the furniture back into place. It took him a little over two hours and performed an outstanding job -- exactly what I had hoped for. His price came in toward the low end of his quote -- $200 -- which I thought was very fair considering the speed, quality and professionalism that Carlos exhibited.
