Right Way lighting installed 31 can lights in 6 rooms on two different floors. All-in-all excellent work. Our 17’ tall great room required a wire run down to a new dimmer switch. The Family room (which had no attic space above) required a new dimmer switch in a wall column. Somehow Right Way made all the wiring runs without cutting any additional holes in the sheet rock. In addition, we asked them to remove some obsolete ceiling speakers and wall mounted alarm panels – the textured sheetrock repair was perfect! Carlos and his team is professional, very polite, and easy to work with. Work area is well protected and then cleaned-up as if no work had been previously done before. A welcome outcome compared to other vendors we have used for home projects. Highly recommended.

Carlos, Vince, & John did an exceptional job. They were on time, knew exactly how & what to do, answered my questions, and troubleshooted some unexpected wiring issues easily. They re-connected two machines to the new outlets without even being asked. They worked efficiently and cleaned up their work area at the end. I would re-hire them in a heartbeat for any electrical issues.

Perfectly - every aspect of the job was done with a fine combination of courtesy and competence. The initial assessment and estimate were performed as scheduled; The electricians arrived on schedule and did an excellent job installing the new fixtures quickly and efficiently. We decided on a few minor changes during the installation and they were accommodated with no reservations. The kitchen is now very bright, much brighter than it would have been without the excellent advice we were given.

Everything went very well. Carlos and Mike were kind and professional. They kept my house clean while they worked even took off their shoes which I really appreciated. I will hire them again.

Once we committed to hiring Carlos, Danelle contacted us to schedule an appointment for service and maintained communication. The service was performed without incident. Carlos and crew put down protective barriers before installation and cleaned up after like they were never there. Absolutely impressed by the work. Carlos even came back without charge to assist with wiring a light. Amazing. And will hire again soon.

Carlos and his associates were excellent! They prepped the house and outside walkway and kitchen to contain any mess. They replaced my 1990's lighting in my kitchen. Their work amazes me. I highly recommend using Right Way for all your electrical needs

No show for appointment and no phone call. I hope the owners read this review and contact me, since the rest of the reviews are so good I'm hoping this is an aberration and they'll reach out asap. Got hold of the company, they called me back about 7:30 pm and Carlos came over about 8:30 pm. He felt awful about the situation and just could not have been nicer, I'll be scheduling with them for work in August.

Great. They protected the table and bed, cleaned up the area and there was no damage. We have used them twice, now, and would not hesitate to use them again.

We had no overhead lighting in three rooms and I had three new ceiling fans I needed installed. I found Final Touch Ceilings, great customer service and professionalism. I was pleased with the quality of work performed and the great care they took to ensure no mess was left behind. I was worried a lot of holes would need to be made in the dry wall. But, it turned out very minimal cutting had to be done. The final result looked great and it did not take as along as I thought it would take. I would definitely use their services again.

Everything was done professionally and done well. Also, everything was cleaned up after the job was done.

Carlos is very likable and completed the project on time. Danelle called to check and I mentioned some small areas, but told her it was fine. Carlos immediately returned and asked that I allow him to address the areas I had mentioned. He did so forthwith and the job was perfect. They are very responsible and professional, and a joy to deal with.

Impeccable and professional from start to finish

From the beginning, they were very professional. They arrived on time for estimate, explained everything that would happen and left without any sales pitch. Scheduling the work was equally "pain free", and they followed up the night before to confirm. On the day the work was to be performed, they showed up on time and ready to work. They actually finished ahead of schedule. Their attention to detail is fantastic, when they leave, there was no clean up for me to worry about! The workers could not have been nicer or more professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Carlos and Danelle were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. It is no wonder they have consistently good reviews on Angie's List. The communicate very well, do great work and are very pleasant. We were impressed by the work they did and they were happy to accommodate some extra work we wanted done. While they are not the cheapest choice, they provide a great value.

I called Final Touch based on Angie's List reviews to help rehab a rental condo. Carlos took down all my old popcorn ceilings, repaired the drywall in numerous locations on the ceiling and walls, removed an old fluorescent kitchen 'light box", installed recessed lighting and new smoke/co2 detectors. He was very professional, on time, very conscientious about controlling the "mess" and cleaning up and, when I asked, provided excellent suggestions for other condo "rehab" issues that I had.
