Right Way Lighting

Everything about this company is exceptional from the office staff to the free estimate and, of course, to the fantastic work itself. The job took two days. The first day was to remove the popcorn ceiling and apply texture. The second day was to paint and complete the job touch-ups. My husband and I noticed after the first day that the missing popcorn ceiling left a gap between the ceiling and the molding. We shrugged thinking that we hadn't thought of that and wondered how we'd remedy it. Carlos and his team took care of it for us without us even mentioning it. When we viewed the finished product, they had applied caulk beautifully to the gap, finishing it off so that the room looked seamless. TRULY. They also asked for the paint that is on our walls to touch up any spots where the ceiling paint bled a little. They couldn't have provided a more complete and professional project. We were (and still are) thrilled.

Carlos and Mike were absolutely fantastic! The office did everything possible to work within my schedule and required quick turnaround time. The guys were punctual and surprisingly left ZERO mess for doing ceiling work. They even shot texture around a couple windows that never had texture replaced on wall after install. Guys were super friendly and I will definitely be hiring them again to do more ceiling corrections in the remaining rooms.

Carlos and Danelle, the people we worked with directly, were extremely professional, efficient, and friendly at every stage. We obtained quotes from three businesses; theirs was the lowest, and Carlos volunteered that some of the electrical work we had been considering was unnecessary, thereby saving us a lot of money, though the other two bidders were all too eager to do this unnecessary work. Carlos and his crew even took off their shoes before coming inside, to protect the floors. We scheduled the work for a week when we'd be out of town; it was a pleasant surprise to come home to our "new" home. Carlos came back cheerfully to fix two small problems in re-hanging the drapes. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work, the price, and the personal interactions with Carlos and Danelle. This business is a treasure.

I can't recommend this company enough! From my initial phone contact to Carlos coming out to give me an estimate to the actual work being performed, I'm super impressed and happy. Very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly people. The work area was sealed off from the rest of the house and my floors were protected from dust and debris. I had been having a hard time finding a company who I felt comfortable working with a 30 foot ceiling These guys brought a VERY TALL ladder and the work was performed seamlessly. I will definitely be using Final Touch Ceilings for any future electrical work.

This is the second job we had with Final Touch Ceilings. We have been more than satisfied each time we have worked with them. Carlos and his team do a very good job and they are our go-to drywall specialists anytime we need help in this area. Final Touch is great to work with - they are on-time for the estimate appointment and on-time on the scheduled day of work. Drywall and especially popcorn ceiling mitigation can be a messy job, but there really was little mess and the place was immaculate when the job was done. In summary: The price proposed was the price for the job, thus accurate proposals. Pricing is very fair. Work is top-notch. On-time for appointments. Cleanup is outstanding.

Carlos arrived on time for the initial consultation which is a plus, this sets the tone of his work ethics. On the first day Carlos and his co-worker arrived at the designated time. Prior to arrival I was told to remove anything high that could be broken, this was done. When they came in they moved furnitureliterally wrapped the living room, dining room, and kitchen in plastic, the floors and walls up to the ceiling. The second day was the same but they wrapped the bedrooms. The clean-up was done, all the furniture was put back in place, rug was vacuumed. The plastic that was laid outside was picked and the driveway and sidewalk was clean. I was very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail. The ceiling is now ready for painting, light fixtures are hung, pot light are in place, and new electrical outlet. First phase is complete. Now for the second phase-painting

The workers took precautions to plastic off the work area. The crew was very nice and finished in only a few hours. The completed product looks fabulous and really updated my kitchen. You won't find a better price or better work anywhere.

If there was a rating better than an A, Carlos and Mike would easily qualify. They arrived on time, and then took extraordinary measures to protect our furniture and personal household items while removing our popcorn ceilings. Their second visit to our home to paint the ceilings went as smoothly as the first. These gentlemen are true professionals. Carlos and his assistant Mike did a great job. Showed up 5 minutes early and performed their work with great courtesy and professionalism. All the work was performed quickly; they were finished in 4 hours and the price I paid them was half the amount a different contractor had previously quoted me. I would hire them again with no qualms. Really one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor.

They responded quickly and professionally to my request for an estimate. They showed up on time and collected the data for the estimate, again very prompt and professional. The estimate was very reasonable and we agreed on the price and on a date for the work to be done. The showed up to do the work on time. Took great care to protect our home with extensive use of plastic. They put down thick plastic on the floor for all areas they would be working and passing through the house. They setup full floor to ceiling plastic enclosures in all of the areas they worked in. The work was done quickly and still was done to a very high level of excellence. They were very friendly and courteous through the entire time they were here. The finished repairs are perfect and ready for paint. I WILL use this company again for any drywall work I may need. We originally received a quote from Carlos at Final Touch in January but we were not ready to upgrade the lighting until April when we asked Carlos to revise our quote based on lighting changes and the addition of two chandeliers. Carlos was professional throughout the process, and was always punctual and dependable. He and his assistant Mike were both professional and took every effort to cover and protect furnishing while the work was being completed. Based on the work that Carlos and Mike did, I have a new appreciation for the value that new lighting can give a home. a 1970s style rustic chandelier was replaced with a modern design, and the addition of a white glass chandelier immediately became a focal point for the family/tv room. The replacements of the lights has made the house feel almost new, which has increased the home's value and improved the comfort and convenience as well. I will definitely call Carlos at Final Touch the next time that I need electrical or lighting work, and will recommend Final Touch to my friends as well.

The job went well and the work was outstanding. We did not move out during this time and was very little inconvenience for my family. He was patient with us. He is very friendly and considerate. He and his crew cleaned up after every day. This included removing trash, plastic sheeting and vacuuming the floors and stairs. His crew worked steady. There was no slacking or wasting of time. We are in the process of additional work in our home. We did not look further than Final Touch for this work. Carlos is not just a great contractor, he's a great guy as well.

We are fairly new to So. CA so it was a pleasant surprise to deal with a contractor who delivered professional, quality service at a very competitive price. Our normal experience has been to pay more and get less. This experience was the exception!

The job went superb. Carlos and his crew are extremely professional, experienced and reliable. They arrived to all appointments on time. Everyone enters your home with their shoes off, respecting your property. They installed new recessed lighting, changed out old recessed lighting to LED and repaired dry wall, including a large wall where mirror was removed. Everything turned out as expected. The texture to the walls and ceiling where applied was very pleasing. I have struggled with other companies in the past when needing dry wall repair work and got merely "adequate" outcomes. Carlos' work is exceptional. He really knows the trade. He is involved in all work done on premises, so has constant oversight with the job and crew. This is a very welcome attribute of his work! Also, and more importantly, they provide the most comprehensive protection to covering your possessions when doing the work. I have never met another company that does so much prep work to assure nothing gets damaged or dirty. They even cover the sidewalk and driveway to their vehicle! As a result, it's hard to tell that anyone was ever there to do a big job that can be messy work! Carlos has a very nice personality and is eager to please, making sure that you are very satisfied with his work. Through my business contact with him, I felt he was extremely trustworthy and upfront with the customer! As a woman, you can appreciate how critical that is. I will not hesitate to use Carlos again for work in the future. I will highly recommend him to friends and family. He is someone that can deliver excellent service. What a breath of fresh air in the contracting industry!

This company is beyond incredible price was right there with the other bids we got. Carlos is extremely professional and so is Daniele in the main office that I spoke to several times. Carlos was on time if not early a few minutes for each appointment and they finished early. We had asbestos so They did hire an outside Abatement company but the price was still better than trying to hire an outside company our self. Carlos however made sure we didn't enter the house until the Abatement company had done a good clean up job and made sure everything was safe for us. We had a huge hole we needed to drywall and we had the drywall Carlos cut and installed it for no extra charge. I have had to deal with lots of plumbers, contractors etc.. I also have a rental house in Phoenix, but no one was honest like this these guys. Seriously the best company ever I wish they did everything I.e. plumbing concrete anything else I needed because I would just keep hiring them. Carlos was professional he took his shoes off before entering our house which I don't require but said it was out of respect for our floors we have terrible floors!! Daniel in the office was prompt at getting back with me and always returned my calls we scheduled for 3 days one to remove Asbestos and Popcorn, one to have Carlos Texture and a day a week later to paint. Our house looks like a new house ( it was built in 1959) they touched up all the wall paint and really went above and beyond what can be expected these days of quality workmanship. These guys are the real deal back to the 50's style of contractors. If we need electrical work I will be hiring them for that too.

As a nice touch which I really appreciated, Carlos arrived for the first meeting to give us an estimate and was standing at the front door with his shoes off. He told me he always takes his shoes off before entering a home to protect the floors from whatever he might track in. After we agreed to a very reasonable price, Danelle called from the office to answer any questions we might have, and called a couple of more times to remind us of the scheduled time and offer to answer any further questions. Carlos and his employees, Andrew and Mike, arrived right on time and began work after first moving furniture out of the way and applying plastic protective sheeting all over the place. The work was accomplished in one day. The results are better than expected. When my husband came home from work the job was all finished and cleaned up. Husband was very impressed by the quality of the craftsmanship and thrilled with the can lights in the family room. After two days, we were able to paint the surfaces. This 32-year-old house looks like new in the areas where they worked. It's starting to look like a model home! We are already planning work in other rooms and will absolutely, without a question, use this company again. Thank you, Carlos, for being so professional and hard-working.

Carlos came out to give us an estimate for recessed lighting and to do the electrical for ceiling fans in 5 bedrooms. He assured us that they would repair any holes made in the ceilings or walls, his pricing was great and he was very courteous so we made an appt for them to return and do the job. On the day of, they were very prompt and to my surprise they covered all walls and flooring of the rooms they were working in, which made minimal clean up for us. Communication on placement of the recessed lighting was fabulous; no holes were made until they got our approval. Once everything was repaired, drywall patched, textured and primer applied you could hardly tell where they had to make holes for the wiring. A little touch up paint was all we had to do. I was amazed at how professional their work looked and they completed everything in one day. It's beautiful and looks awesome! I am so happy with their work and the time they spent in preparing for the job to NOT leave a mess on our furniture, wall hangings and floors I would highly recommend Final Touch.

Carlos was great. We had several people come in to do the estimate. He was the only one who actually brought lights for my wife to look at. This surprised me that people would try and sell lighting without letting you see it. Carlos showed up time for the estimate and worked with me for quite awhile figuring out what we were going to do. On the morning of the work he showed up on time. Even though the room was empty right down to the concrete floor he insisted on putting down plastic. He spent a great deal of time working with me on the actual location of the lights. I kept moving the lights over and over and he was very patient. Once this was decided his crew performed the work in less than 4 hours and it came out great. I also had some areas in my entry way that had suffered from water damage and he patched and re textured them for me. I cannot even tell they were there. overall I can't think of a more easy pleasant experience with a contractor. 1. He was on time both for the quote and the work. 2. The work was of the highest quality. 3. There was no BS. i.e "oh its going to cost more because of blah blah blah" He did what he said he would do for the price he quoted and I couldn't be more pleased with the work. So I would give these guys 5 out of 5 stars.

I cannot say enough positive compliments about this company. Of all of the companies I have worked with over the years of any kind, Final Touch Ceilings is tied for first place with one other company (and that company gutted and re- landscaped my backyard.) From the beginning to the end, it was a positive experience. Danelle, from the office, returned my first phone call within an hour. The next day or the day after, Carlos came to my house to give me an estimate. He took off his shoes without my even asking (which I always do because I have off white carpeting in the living room and upstairs.) He gave me an estimate and made a couple of suggestions about lighting, but in no way did I feel pressured. Because I had read such positive reviews about Final Touch Ceilings, I decided to go with them rather than get other bids which is not something that I would normally do. I decided on a date that was a month away. A deposit was not required and I was told that Danelle would call me the Thursday before to confirm the start date, which she did. Carlos and I had agreed upon a paint color for the ceilings, but I was feeling indecisive and unsure about my decision. I called Danelle and asked if it was possible for Carlos to paint samples of four different shades of white on the ceiling, so that I could better determine what looked good. Carlos was very accommodating. He actually put the four samples in two separate rooms where the lighting was different in each room. It immediately became clear that my original choice had been the right one. Before the job started, Carlos told me what to expect and he suggested that I be out of the house and that he would call me an hour before he and his associate, Mike, were finished for the day. I was concerned about the job leaving a mess in my house, but Carlos assured me that they were very neat. One day when I had to stop home for something, I saw that the whole house, walls included, was covered with plastic and drop cloths. It was incredible. They had moved furniture and taken down ceiling fans, light fixtures and large mirrored doors off of the closets. Each day before Carlos & Mike left, they removed all of the plastic and vacuumed the carpets. They arrived right on time and worked 10 hour days. In total, they were at my house for 2 1/2 days. On the last day when I arrived home, the ceilings were beautiful (and the right color white). Everything that had been moved or taken down was put back in it's right place and the carpets had been vacuumed. On the surface, my home looked as if my cleaning lady had just been there. (Of course, underneath it all, there was dust which was to be expected.) Along with the removal of the popcorn ceilings, the recessed lights over the staircase gave my home an updated look from the track lighting that was there. Because I am picky, I did need Carlos to come back to fix a couple of minor things. He did that very soon after the job was finished. My ceilings and home look great! I have already hired Carlos to do some other paint touch up work around my house. He is professional, extremely competent, kind, honest, accommodating and has the utmost integrity. No higher compliment can be paid to a company or to a human being.

Carlos and helper showed techniques suggesting they were very experienced at what they do. I was very pleased, and Carlos even re-wired the antique chandelier so it looked right and with up to date wiring. I plan to call them again very soon for more work.

Carlos and his team from Final Touch Ceiling are top notch. When I called Final Touch Carlos was quick to come out and give an estimate. I was very impressed with his professionalism and kindness. So I hired him after reading all the rave reviews on Angie's list. Well he lived up to them!! The job took 2 days and he and his assistant were at my house at 7:00 am ready to work and... boy did they!! They put in long 10 hour days and did a wonder job! My ceilings look awesome after a botch job from another contractor. Carlos knows his craft well and cares about customer service. This company has hard workers who listen to the client and deliver. From the lighting to the wall repair and drywall and ceiling repair and texture I can't be happier with how it turned out. Carlos even did some miscellaneous repairs for me that I wasn't expecting. Thank you so much Final Touch Ceiling. You Rock! PS: Didn't want to forget the office girl she was awesome too! Quick to return your calls and so helpful.

Carlos is very, very busy. But it is because he is very good and a true craftsman. The main office is very responsive. Carlos came out within a few days of the original call, after hours to give us the estimate. He did not require a deposit even though he was going to have to contract with another company for the custom stained crown molding. That took a week, and then it was another week before he could come out to install. But the day he had set aside did not work for us and it had to be rescheduled another week out. We were not in any big hurry. So this was not a problem for us in any way. And my impression is that if we had a time crunch, they would have found a way to make it work out. But he is a marvelous craftsman. I would recommend him to everyone and will definitely hire him again in the future.

Carlos arrived during the designated time interval and even called in advance to let me know his approximate arrival. When he arrived I discussed where I'd like the ceiling fan, which was in a guest bedroom. There was no electrical in the ceiling and there was limited access in the attic. I was told that they might have to run an electrical line by opening up small opening in the plasterboard, but he assured me that they would cover it up and all I would have to do is a little painting. As it turned out Carlos was able to fish an electrical line from the attic to the bedroom with no additional holes in the plaster other than the one in the ceiling to install the fan/light. It looked great and his helper cleaned up the area spotless. In addition they covered everything so that dust would not get anywhere. Final Touch Ceilings did a great job and the ceiling fan/light looks and works great. I would definitely have them come out to my home for additional ceiling fan installs, which I intend to do this summer/fall. Thanks again for the great job! I would highly recommend Final Touch Ceilings if you are going to install a ceiling fan/ or lighting. They are professional and the experts.
