They did a wonderful job. Isaac Maimon, the owner of the company was outstanding. I can’t say enough nice things about them.

First off, before the work actually began, I was caught in a tough position. I was in escrow and had a FHA renovation 403k loan that required only one contractor to perform all work on my house. After the contractor that I had already hired failed to provide insurance, I had to start the process of finding a licensed contractor to accept my existing bid and have the bank sign off on them. I found Isaac and Paramount Headquarters through Angie's List and they came through immediately. They submitted a new bid to the bank, filled out all documents, and provided all insurance and permits. They did all of this in a matter of 24 hours and the bank approved them a few days later. If it wasn't for them, my loan may not have been approved and I could have fallen out of escrow. Once the work began, Isaac and Rudy were on top of everything. Their crew arrived on time and was very professional. They demolished my existing driveway, came up with the design, poured the concrete on my driveway and backyard patio, stamped it, and colored it. They also replaced and completed some missing pipes in my bathroom and kitchen. They also put up a backyard fence for me with 2 gates, as well as put a backsplash in my kitchen and bar. Everything that was promised to me in regards to the schedule and work was delivered and completed in a timely manner. Their workmanship was excellent and I am very happy with everything that they provided for me. I would recommend them for all projects, big or small. I would definitely use them for my future projects.

The wall went up with no problems, in much less time than I had anticipated, and with a good clean up at the end. It looks very good, big improvement!

Everything went amazingly well. Isaac provided a detailed bid and schedule for the construction that would take place. We wanted to add an additional second story bedroom above our living room. We knew and discussed that there were a few unknowns going into the job, but Isaac was very communicative throughout the process. I can't stress that enough. It started with the demolition of the existing roof above the living room and installing a small foundation for two posts that would support the weight of the overhang. Once that finished, the bedroom was framed and then closed in before they broke through the existing wall into the 2nd floor of our house. They had to connect to the existing plumbing in the house which meant cutting into the walls and ceiling of the living room below. After everything was tied in, Isaac sent guys in to repair the walls and ceiling and they did a perfect job. You'd never know that anything had happened in the living room. Isaac was there for all inspections and everything went according to plan. He also made sure that all his subcontractors kept the job site clean. The main thing was that Isaac discussed every step of the process with me, explained the options as decisions came up and handled the change requests that we gave him all in stride. In the end, everything was finished pretty close to when we planned and very close to the original bid price. The only reason there was any variation was because of a few changes we made during construction and also because an inspector made us add some fire sprinklers that our architect never planned for. I can't recommend Isaac enough. He's an awesome guy, friendly, knowledgable and trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate a second to use him again.

Isaac Maimon and Paramount Construction is 10X Awesome! Set the stage for work: our front and back yards were barren landscapes of dreary doom and gloom. Nothing but dirt, dying grass, weeds, hodge-podge plants and rocks. It was depressing. We never visited either area much for 4-5 years! My boyfriend and I saved for quite a while to have the whole thing "gutted" and prettied up! Isaac from P.C. came out quite a few times (at no cost to us) to discuss our extensive hard-scaping/landscaping project for our front and back yard. Even before a final quote was drawn up, he was super patient and accommodating in helping us finalize all the little details of our monstrous project (okay it felt monstrous to us...) Isaac was great: he always had physical materials, detailed information, and resources handy ~with~ him during our conversations: which was helpful so we could actually SEE and touch what we were choosing rather than just going off a picture in a pamphlet (which can be deceiving). Once the materials and work was finalized, Isaac was again ~fantastic~ about helping us crow-bar everything he needed and we wanted into our budget. We really felt like he wanted our job for the job's sake not just our money! (So refreshing: most contractors just want your cash... we really felt like Isaac cared about our project...and once it was done...it really did show!) Isaac and his team showed up promptly on the agreed day and got to work ASAP. He was very professional about making sure all the logistics of materials, workmen, timing, and areas being prepped and worked on were running smoothly. His crew worked methodically, and any bumps we ran into were smoothed out quickly and stress-free (a few little unexpected hiccups came up along the way, but Isaac was great about making sure we, his crew and any problems were resolved efficiently--and happy!) The expected time-frame to complete our work was about 5 to 6 business days. Isaac had another job nearby ours: turns out a delivery of materials was delayed at that job. Not wanting his other crew to sit idle, Isaac actually pulled the workmen from that job over to ~ours~ and "double-teamed" the work (at no cost to us!). Isaac and P.C. finished ~all~ work in 3-ish days ...yes THREE DAYS!!!! OMG! We were amazed to come home from work mid-week expecting a certain result and our hard-scaping was pretty much DONE! (SUPER good work too... the dedicated and extra men really did ~quality~ work quickly and efficiently.) Can't state it enough: Isaac and his team started and finished the job in record time, with professionalism, integrity and craftsmanship. NICE! This review is being written 6-7 months after work completion (on purpose). The quality of work that Isaac/P.C. has done has stood up fantastically. The "pavered" driveway, walkway and patio areas are super easy to maintain and clean up (quick sweeping-- I was little worried with little crevices--- no sweat at all!). We "polished" off Isaac's awesome hard-scaping work with plantings, and artificial turf: all-in-all our "monster landscaping project" turned out great. We ~immediately~ got (and get) tons of compliments on the finished work. (Our backyard in particular with the pretty/decorative pavers has become our little refuge for hanging out, reading, getting sun and just relaxing! We visit often!!!) Fast, smooth, neat, attractive. Excellent by all criterior

Contractor was very prompt, polite, and a really nice guy. He made helpful suggestions as far as deciding what type of driveway to install. He spent lots of time helping with decisions on the particular style and color of paver to use, keeping in mind the overall look of the property. The price was slightly less than other estimates. There were delays involved due to work being done next door, he kept in touch as to start dates. Workers had to coordinate with a tenant and respond to their requests to make the job less disruptive to their schedule. The actual job went very well and the neighbors have commented favorably on the improved driveway. I would work with this company again. One of my best experiences working on a large project. I recommend this company. Isaac and his crew did a great job!

The guys at Paramount were great and easy to work with. The foreman and all the workers were professional and eager to please. In fact, we were so impressed by the initail consultation, and the low-pressure, friendly collaboration on the project that we decided to go ahead and have them do our walkway and front stoop as well. The price was on par with everybody we received quotes from, but unlike some of our other contracting experiences, these guys didn't just do the job for the quoted price - they were punctual to the minute, accommodated every request, and threw in a few extras for no charge. We are very happy with the work they did, and our neighbors have commented on how great the place looks. We would recommend them to friends and anybody looking for somebody to do this or similar work. We have never provided a review for a contractor before, but in this case, we felt compelled to let other Angie's list members know about these guys.

First I must apologize to Isaac Maimon for submitting this review so late. Isaac and his crew did a fantastic job on our recently purchased home in Los Angeles. We were nervous as first-time home buyers and we easily interviewed over a dozen contractors. We finally ended up going with Paramount Headquarters Inc. And it was the right call. Once we gave Isaac the thumbs up, he brought in a demo crew the next day. For the next seven plus weeks, his crew was in there everyday working on our house. Isaac initially said the job would take about six weeks, but we added some things on the to do list, and a couple of times we had to wait for the city inspector to ok us for the next phase of renovation, but the bulk of what our home would eventually look like, was accomplished in the six week timeframe. Olegario and his brother Juan were exceptional and were great guys who really respected their workplace and it was a pleasure to have them working on our house. The only problem that ever arose was the punctuality of Isaac's flooring guy. Nothing catastrophic but he would be a few hours off in his time estimates. All in all, we have a home that looks brand new on the inside and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Isaac and Paramount Headquarters Inc. for home renovations. Isaac is a straight shooter and is in constant communication with you as his client. He got back to me ASAP whenever I had an issue or a question. For the price and overall quality I don't think I could have done better. I am still in shock in what was done in less than two months. Thanks Isaac and thank you Angie's List. The nightmare stories of crooked contractors by so many people I spoke to was completely avoided because of the members of Angie's List.

The project was initiated in a discussion with provider regarding the project. He showed samples of different products and recent projects he had completed. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He left it to us to contact him if we were interested in proceeding & left us with local references we could call and see his team's work. When we demonstrated interest in moving forward, he came by with a proposal and a timetable. The project began on time, and was completed in a week's time as promised. Before ordering materials time was spent looking at samples and experimented with different ideas. The provider and his foreman made suggestions based upon experience but did were flexible to the preferences of the homeowner. The workers were overall respectful and were considerate of access during the length of the project. We are very happy with the outcome.

Working with Isaac and his crew was a pleasure. VERY professional and courteous. Very easy to work with. We have nothing but good things to say about the experience, quality of work and guidance they provided.

I could bore with details but the main thing was that Isaac was at the house from start to finish and even beyond. He was very hands on.

We had Isaac Maimon from Paramount construction come out and quote us on a redo of our fireplace and replace carpet with tile. Although we didn't end up using them we were happy with our experience dealing with Isaac. He was professional and easy to talk to. No complaints here.

We had an excellent experience with Paramount. They are really great guys and were very responsive to our needs, fulfilling all the little things we requested, and we can be quite picky!! The final work looked great and we are extremely happy. They have a great team of people working for them. Highly recommended. We intend to use them again for more work later in the year.

Overall the contractors were extremely professional, responsive and agreeable to minor changes to the original contract without increasing cost. Loved working with Vic and Isaac! When problems occurred, they were exceptionally responsive and made necessary corrections/changes, such as staining of banister and correcting installation of doors. Extremely impressed with installation of baseboards and attention to detail (even installed baseboards inside closets), hardwood floors and recessed lighting. Interior painting was decent but needs to ensure they cover all areas prior to painting areas. Otherwise, I would hire them again.

I first worked with Paramount Construction in 2005. After talking to many contractors and receiving bids, I decided to proceed with Isaac with Paramount Construction. I felt most comfortable with Isaac and he was very easy to talk to, especially when I asked multitude of questions. He was very patience and his bid was in the mid-range from the various bids that I had received. I figured that it was a safe bet to select the middle bid. I am glad that I had selected Paramount Construction. Paramount performed my first remodel by adding a master suite in the front of my house. We also had the front of the house extended out another 9 feet. I designed the layout myself, hired an experienced draftsman to provide blue prints and submit the plan to the city for approval. Paramount reviewed the blue prints and accepted the plan. During the construction stage, I realized that the actual layout looks slightly different than when viewing on a piece of paper. I requested a few changes mid-stream of the construction and Isaac was very accommodating. It was his willingness to work with me in all aspect that I truly enjoyed the most in dealing with Paramount. Contractors are usually viewed as slime ball, just a par above lawyers but Isaac was the exception. Throughout the construction, I sometime had doubts if Isaac was real or just a scam....he was too nice and accommodating. I am glad that my doubts was put to rest when he finished the project. My family loved the addition that Paramount had made. There were a few corrections that needed to be made and Isaac followed up on his promises. We liked and trusted Isaac to the point that we decided to performed another add-on to the back of the house and updated the remaining part of the house. Essentially, we added a family room, extended the living room, remodel the kitchen, extended one bedroom and update the backyard landscape. I was very pleased with the job and would highly recommend Paramount Construction to anyone who is looking for an honest, hard working, fair and above average quality job.

From design to engineering to installation to follow-up, our experience with Paramount Construction has been both pleasant and professional. Issac and Adam immediately responded to questions and concerns at all stages of the process. They were especially responsive to our design suggestions and somewhat unique design requirements. The crew they sent was efficient, hard-working, highly competent in their various trades and left the site clean and orderly each day. The job was done on time and within budget with a minimum of inconvenience. Everyone we worked with made the extra effort to ensure that everything was exactly right and their customer was satisfied. We would recommend Paramount Construction to anyone.

Vick and Issac did excellent work for me, they take pride in their work...any time I called, they took care of anything that needed to be done. Issac speaks spanish so he called my tenants to arrange any repairs. I did city inspections for my apartment and it was hassle-free. I would highly recommend them, and I would not use anyone else.
