From the moment I contacted Paramount Pavers & construction, Isaac was in contact. Before the project began he came and went over the whole project answering any questions. First was the concrete crew. They were like a well oiled machine. They removed the old sidewalk & porches and hauled away all the old concrete neatly and profesionally. The new concrete was poured and it looked like artists at work! Next, the porches were formed, the concrete was poured and Alfonso created the waterproof porches. During all phases of the constrution, Isaac was in contact with us and stopped by multiple times to make sure all was going well. One time when I had a question, he was over an hour away but still came by to explain and talk to me about my concerns. Our front walkway and stairs look so much better and function so much better. I really appreciate the excellent work and I really appreciate the personal care that Isaac showed. We will definitely hire Paramount Paving & construction for the next project!!

Probably the single best experience I have had with a contracting service in 40 years, with many multiple homes. Rudy and Isaac are complete professionals, courteous, timely, detailed, responsible, and a pleasure to work with. I made multiple job order changes and they took every one of my requests in stride. - The communication and support offered by the Paramount Pavers office and team was always timely and helpful. - The crew they had on site took tremendous care to be courteous toward my neighbors, my property, my family, and were exacting in the detail and quality of their work. - I will absolutely be hiring Paramount Pavers again for additional work that I need done. The whole process was great. Everyone involved very good at their jobs and nice. Nice is important. They were all very responsive to my needs and my input. A very pleasant, easy process. Wouldn't hesitate to hire again and would recommend to others.

Rudy and Isaac were great to work with as we decided what exactly we wanted to do to replace our driveway and walkways. They explained the process, helped with the design layout, and their paving crew were terrific in handling a few odd spots and making everything look great. They rebuilt our front porch and steps and did a beautiful job. Our front porch roof had to have repair and it looks good as new. Highly recommend this company!

The work was excellent, but communication with the contractor to make it happen had some issues.

Coming off an eleven-month whole house Interior Remodel, Rudy and Isaac were first contacted to review our initial hard scape plans for our front and backyard. They provided invaluable input as we finalized a scope of approximately 1900 sf of pavers, 50 lf of planter wall, built-in BBQ island and landscape lighting. We got ideas and bids from no less than five companies. We picked Paramount Pavers as our contractor, and we are very happy with the results. As our 5-7 week project progressed, we were in constant communication with Isaac. This was one of the better aspects of the project. Isaac was always a text response away. He always returned our requests promptly. Minor scope changes were mutually agreed upon and made for an improved project. We were not 'nickel and dimed' for change orders. The additional scope costs were reasonable, and some costs were absorbed by Paramount. As our project concluded, we added a pretty significant second phase of woodwork and gate replacement. We didn't hesitate to contract Paramount Pavers again without rebidding. After all the headaches of dealing with our General Contractor for our whole house interior remodel, our smooth interaction with Paramount Pavers was how a hardscape project should work!

Project was done faster than we thought. My husband and i are both working so we barely are able to supervise the work. Isaac, the lead man made time on weekends to discuss what else will be done as per our specifications. Having a home project done can be stressful but Paramount assured us that they will not leave any shadow of the ugliness of our old backyard. We clinged to their word and surely they delivered.

Paramount Pavers completed the patio on time and it came out just as we imagined it. The guys were courteous, on site when they said they would be, and neat. We would highly recommend them.
