DNE was able to send someone (Dmitry) to our house within just a few hours after we contacted them to fix our 11 year-old LG Washing Machine (the first problem we ever had with it, but it suddenly wasnâ t draining any of the water in the wash cycle). Dmitry was great - he was on-time, very polite, knowledgeable and he explained everything. It turns out that our washerâ s water pump had broken....and thank goodness Dmitry had just the right replacement with him. He opened up the machine, replaced the pump, and the washer was good as new! The whole thing, from his arrival until he left, was only about 90 minutes (maybe less) and the price was very reasonable for the work done. I would definitely hire DNE (and Dmitry) again! Thanks much for your quality fast work!

Vladimir canceled the day and hour of the expected appointment. Said they had car trouble. They came the next day, took $55.00 and told me my washer was not worth fixing. They said all the electronics and bearings would have to be replaced. It is a simple bearing problem. I feel like they go house to house collecting $55.00.

They were amazing. It was a last-minute call and they came first thing the next morning. Great technician. Fixed the dryer in 30 minutes. And they were 4 times cheaper than Samsung service estimates.
