DNE Appliance Repair

Charged me $95 for a visit, did not inspect anything on the refrigerator. I told him it wasn?t dispensing water, and he proceeded to tell me I needed a new logic board that cost $600 above the visit. Didn?t test the water filter, didn?t test for a frozen line or a solenoid. Called another company and it was a clogged water line. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

Alexei came to the house and did nothing but tell me I NEEDED to pay $745 for a two parts â i got a second opinion and it was simply a loose screw. I was forced to pay $165 to get him to leave. For sure calling better business. Totally dishonest and completely unprofessional.

Technician didnâ  t do anything except turn the washing machine on with no load inside & said itâ  s fine. Itâ  s practically a scam. Charged $85.00 & left. What a waste of time & money.

Over the phone I was told it was a $65 fee for them to come out. I already knew that what needed to be replaced was a plastic part you can buy on Amazon for $10 to keep the dryer door shut. David the supervisor told me the job would be about $100-$150. When Alex the repair technician arrived he quoted me $280. When I explained to him what I had been quoted on the phone he said he respects himself too much to do the job for less than $250. I reluctantly paid the money. He spent 10 minutes replacing the $10 plastic piece. I feel completely take advantage of and disrespected. Donâ t use this company!

the follow-up was inadequate I know there's a noise coming from the dryer that wasn't there before I spoke to the supervisor he saying that's normal which I know my dryer it is not normal.

Terrible experience! Tech was hustling a good unit replacement for a price of $350 (on Amazon it goes @ $50). He did not check any other fault possibility. The actual problem was simply frozen water line to ice maker. Tech was betting **his professional expertise** on the unit malfunction even after obstruction removal. Total ignorance in absence of any logic! Excessive and unauthorized charges to credit card, manipulations on invoice/records. Crooked business, cannot be trusted!

I hired Dmitriy to repair a washer, he stated I needed to replace the door gasket and I paid $200 as a deposit, since then I called twice to see if the part came in, I was told the part was still back ordered, I asked for my deposit back and I was told I was not able to get a refund, then I was told once they get there money back I will receive my money. UPDATE: I received a call just now from DNE and was told I Have two choices: 1. Wait until sometime next week for the part or 2. Remove my bad review and get a refund. He further stated no refund unless I removed the bad review. . . period.
