Repair man came out for dishwasher on 10/14 19. Said the problem for it not filling was a door latch or control board. Said give him couple days to find parts and give me an estimate. Called on day three 10/17/19 said to give a little more time. I ordered a new control board myself and put it in 10/21/19. Dishwasher worked. Week and a half later 10/25/19 i still have not heard back. While they diagnosed the problem correctly. You need to follow up with the customer to fix the issue. Not just charge $55 service fee and leave. Some people could not fix it on there own, which is why they hire you.

my LG washer makes loud noise when it spins, the person who came to repair was inpatient, didn't even wait the spin end which is when noise may start. he said the machine is fine, charge me $65 and left, but the washer still has the same problem, still making loud noise.

I thought the person who came was great. i didn't know what time he was coming - and I contact Home Advisor. My call was forwarded to India - and they couldn't find my reservation - so I assumed wasn't coming. Surprised when I heard from them . For that reason I would most likely not use Home Advisor again - though I would certainly use him
