Price was good for short notice and same day repairing of garage door springs with general maintenance within an hour. Hugo came prepared made sure I was satisfied with the job before leaving. I will definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Description of Work: Joe Chavez and company redid our pergola. Some of the boards had termite damage and wood rot. They replaced necessary wood, refinished and painted. They even put up the screencloth and roller screen shades we had purchased. They were on time and so pleasant to work with. We will hire them again for future projects. Brent and Marjie Seagoe

Description of Work: I called Joe to install a new garage door. I have been using his service for years. His estimator came 2 days prior to installation and walked me through all that they would be replacing and gave me a very clear estimate. On the day of installation, they came within the two hour window that we had reserved and they performed the work professionally and quickly. Everything was tested to my satisfaction. It has always been a professional experience with Joe.

Description of Work: I needed a remote control device for my garage door. After calling Abe's Garage Doors and Gates and getting a quote of $250 plus because they were going to replace the whole unit (receiver and remote) and went on Angie's List and found Joe Chavez. When I called the receptionist was very helpful and told me all I needed was the remote control. I was also told how to program the control. The total cost was $35.00. After being misled by the advertisement in the phone book's yellow pages I am a confirmed believer in consulting Angie's List first.

Description of Work: Needed a replacement garage door opener. Called, Mr. Chavez had what I needed, and I picked it up. I've seldom had a more pleasant business interaction. Mr. Chavez answered my questions with patience and grace. As far as I'm concerned he's my "garage door guy" from now on.
