I responded back that I would accept the bid. I received another email stating that he would call the next week to schedule the work however I never heard back from him again in spite of my attempt to contact.

He worked efficiently and professionally, was on time for each visit, was available for questions and advice between calls, and actually cleaned up after his work. Description of Work: theJim installed an electrical power outlet on the top surface of our guest closet that I wanted so that I could install Christmas lights in the foyer window above the entry door. In the process, he re-wired a three switch box so that one of the switches is now used for the newly installed power outlet. He had to make an extra trip to Lowes for a box because there was not enough room for box he brought with him. He did not charge for the extra trip. The job was very professionally done. He cleaned up as he worked and did a final clean up after he finished. He demonstrated the working of the outlet and the switches. He completed the job on schedule and under his estimate. I will certainly have Jim back the next time I need some electrical work done.

Description of Work: MY backyard , outside outlet was broken. Jim found the cause of the disfunction (no power to this outlet, one inside outlet and back yard light) in just a few minutes: a broken wire in the outside outlet from a cord being "yanked" out of outlet. He immediately repaired and replaced the wire and all worked once more. He was very punctual (even a few minutes early), friendly and professional and charged me less than his initial estimate. I will certainly recommend his sevices and I will be hiring him for more electrical work early next year. This is a small, licensed company and he goes above and beyond to respond expediently, estimate and do excellent work.
