Set is knowledgeable, professional, communicates problem areas well, and is honest. In one area, the solution we originally discussed revealed a further problem. Set offered an affordable solution and made the repair. My grout and caulking were quite old, but his work has made the areas less permeable to water and so much more attractive. Both Set and I forgot about grout work near my tub surround, while he was still here. When I contacted him to see if he could return, he agreed to return in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Set and am extremely pleased with his work.

Set, the owner, was very professional. Our floors look so much better than they did. Set told me that it was so bad that he could only get it about 70% clean. Overall, most of the grout went back to being its natural color. There were some stains that didn't come out. He also does bathroom remodels, so we have hired him to redo our bathroom. He had been very flexible, honest and professional dealing with us.

I am really happy with the work that Re-Set Grout Cleaning did in my home. The floor looks great. The price was competitive. I had a few loose tiles but Re-Set took care of them. The other contractor that I called did not notice them. Removing grout is a dirty job but they were very careful to keep the dust from spreading through the house.

Set, the owner, is not only an expert in his craft, but he is a design genious as well. We had to replace 10 tiles that were no longer made. After selecting a color, Set gave us some ideas about the pattern which was spot on. His work was expertly done, ahead of schedule and right on budget. The estimate was exactly what he charged.
