After they finished the job I had a concern about one small are and sent a message expressing that concern. They literally came the very next day and solved the problem no questions asked. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend Set.

Set was thorough in explaining the worst-case scenario of repairing our cracked tile and grout. He also provided multiple options for getting the job done. Ofir ended up removing the damaged tile without disturbing anything around it, which made the job simpler and less expensive in the end (but not every project will turn out this well). Communication was good and I would hire him again.

The owner was knowledgeable, very accommodating and met our expectations. His field mechanic, Luke was hard working and committed to meeting our expectations for quality and cleanliness.

Set did a great job repairing the broken tiles in our basement floor. He took time to point out that the main reason the tiles cracked was that the concrete pad underneath did not extend to the door, which is where the crack was. He filled in the gap and matched the grout to the existing tile grout, and added sealant around the door both inside and out to keep the ants at bay.
