He completed the work quickly but took the time to explain his work, providing helpful tips for safe use, maintenance and warranty information. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommended Payless water heaters to anyone. The service was top notch, honest and very professional. Matthew talked to me about a NORITZ tankless heater. He called his boss to work on the price. I was very pleased, I bought it on the spot. He them made some phones calls to get all the items that he needed. Before he did anything, he explained everything to me on how he will install the unit with the pipes and larger gas line. The install was flawless. I was 100% satisfied. His work was very professionally done. I would definitely use him again to do more work. AWESOME COMPANY!

Payless Water Heater company is very honest, professional and really work hard to satisfy my needs. I bought the 75 Gallon BRADFORD WHITE, HydroJet, Eco-MAGNUM water heater with Two HALO ION's 6 and 9. On the same day, Martin my service expect showed up within 4 hours to my house talking to me about my options. He answered all my questions with honesty and the truth. He told me the cost right up front. No bait and switch and he never messed with the price. I am VERY HAPPY with this company and with Martin. Awesome install with no leaks at all. He even reduced my bill. Thanks.

The serviceman was knowledgeable and helpful in making the decisions about the equipment that would best meet our needs. We are very happy with the rapid ty of hot water in our kitchen and master bath.

Payless phoned me on Sunday. They were on the job Monday morning and finished in about 2 hours, having replaced some of what the previous plumber had installed incorrectly 12-15 years ago.

Beat the price of the competition and installed the same great self cleaning 50 gallon Bradford White self cleaning unit. Had all the needed extra parts to finish the job all at once on a Saturday, they were a bit late but on Saturday it was not big deal. Would still hire again.

He price matched and provided very fair pricing. He was punctual, professional, polite, and expertly installed the water heater.
