Ken came over and gave us a detailed estimate and explained the work that would be done. The first day was a major pressure washing of the exterior of the house (which had not been painted for 15 years). The second day was caulk, scrape, patch and the prime the house. The third day was the painting. The crew that was sent to our house were great, very professional.

They had to come back a number of times to try to get everything right. Ultimately I wasn't very satisfied. I would not use them again.

The entire project went very smoothly. The workmen were punctual, they did what they said they'd do, and the job was finished according to the schedule they promised. When we first received a job estimate, it was accompanied by a simple Kelly-Moore brochure of color combinations. None of the colors worked for us, so we went to the Kelly-Moore store to select other colors. El Gato allowed us the flexibility to make the final color decision on the morning of the first day of prepping and painting.

The estimate was very detailed and the cost was exactly the estimate. The whole job was completed in less than two days. The week before the whole house had been power washed. On the first day all the patching was completed as well as some of the painting. All the areas to be masked had no trace of paint. Clean up was complete each day. We were so impressed that we will have them do the interior.

Great job! First, the estimator (Rick P.) came out and gave a detailed item by item quote for the work (took over 1 hour). El Gato recommends Kelly Moore paint (convenient because much our home was Kelly Moore in the past and the custom colors were still on file at Kelly Moore). The actual work took 6 days. First, an exterior power wash of the house on a Thursday. The following week Monday through Friday, between 3 to 5 people were on site 8 hours a day doing the work. A fair amount of work was needed to prep the deteriorated areas of the siding and porch--all done well. El Gato told me that they would apply one thick coat of exterior paint on the siding, but where it was needed, they applied two. The work took a bit more time than they thought, but they completed the work nicely. Some minor additional cleanup we asked them to do, they came back quickly to do. We are very happy with El Gato Painting & Restoration's work.

I met Ken at a home show and was impressed by his exhibit and his professionalism. He gave me a very fair estimate- he wasn?t the cheapest, but I felt I would get the best value for my money. His portfolio included a lot of large, hi-tech companies and commercial businesses in the area, and the residential references I requested checked out with flying colors. Ken painted our house in two colors, plus a trim color, and the crew went to a lot of trouble preparing the surfaces to ensure that the job would last for a long time. They carefully cleaned up after themselves, and the house now looks beautiful. I know that they did a job that will last for a very long time. I highly recommend them.

They did it a couple weeks ago and so far it looks good. There have been no problems. I am satisfied with the work. They were efficient, clean and neat.

I was responsible for removing the pictures and breakables. The company supplied all the tools, paint and drop clothes. They were very efficient in time management, courteous and arrived as scheduled. The price was a little higher than others, but well worth the cost. At the conclusion of the job, they did a walk through to assure my satisfaction. There were a few areas, which needed to be touched up. The employees took care of them immediately. In choosing paint colors, they were willing to match any paint color, if I found one I liked elsewhere.

Overall, it was a really good job done. They showed up on time and there were a few of them so it went really fast. They cleaned up their mess and all of the extra paint when they were done.

Wonderful! Fabulous! What more can I say? I gave them complex instructions and they followed them to a T. If they were not on time it was because they were early but never knocked on the door until it was time to start. I liked that. The price was a little high but the quality was definitely an A+.

El Gato Painting was very neat and the painting job turned out very nice. They did not rush the job and they made sure that I was totally satisfied with the work that was accomplished.

Fantastic. Rick Perot gave a detailed estimate listing the procedure and cost. He knew what he was doing, knew what would be best, how to handle our situation. The crew came ON TIME, all dressed in painter's garb, including the company logo on the shirts. Crew worked hard, did a great job preparing the deck then detailed painting/staining the color we'd chosen. Polite, professional hard workers. Before work was started, the staff was great at answering my questions and I always felt my questions/concerns were valid & attended to immediately. We plan to hire this company when we paint our house and I recommend them highly.

Workers were clean, on time, professional & hard working. On the expensive side but worth it for a very good job.

Result is very good, modulo a couple of small nits. This was a small interior job - we'd had them do our entire house exterior and asked them back to do this. We'd scheduled for one afternoon; they called to explain they couldn't make it that day, but finished it the next one. Courteous and professional. Result not quite as good as larger scale exterior work.

Very professional and competent. At the final walk-through, they'd found two more small glitches than we had. All were fixed. We were delighted with the quality of the painting.

EL GATO PAINTING SHOWED UP ON TIME & DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WORKED HARD & FINISHED THE JOB WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY DID NOT LEAVE A MESS WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE CREW EL GATO SENT TO PAINT MY HOUSE. THEY FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD (IT TOOK SEVERAL DAYS.) THEY DIDN'T MAKE A MESS AND WHEN SOMEONE FORGOT TO REMOVE THE TAPING AROUND OUR GARAGE DOOR WINDOWS WHICH LED THE SUN TO BAKE IT ON, THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT REPLACING ALL OF OUR WINDOWS FREE OF CHARGE.

THEY WERE TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL AND REASONABLY PRICED. WE HAD THEM PAINT OUR FIRST HOUSE (BOTH INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR) MANY YEARS AGO AND WERE HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK BACK THEN. THE MAIN THINGS WE LIKE ABOUT THEM IS THAT THEY WORK EXTREMELY QUICKLY AND DO AN EXCELLENT JOB.
