Description of Work: Our washing machine was making loud noises, so we asked them to come into a diagnosis. They told us that the cost of fixing it would exceed the value of the machine, so we agreed that it would not be fixed.

Description of Work: replaced fan in built-in oven. It went well. The diagnosis was made over the phone and the fan ordered, which took 5 days but that enabled fixing in one visit.

Description of Work: I thought that the refrigerator in my garage would have to be replaced. The technician was able to repair the problem and went through extra work to assure it would be working for the holiday. I could not be more pleased.

Description of Work: Repair person, both courteous & friendly, came to look at my non-functioning refrigerator & repair if appropriate. Repair person determined age of unit for me. Thus it was decided, based on that fact plus the cost of repair as well as how long it would take to get the needed part & get it running, to put the money into a new unit. Ace was very quick to respond & get here initially, important with a refrigerator and food storage concerns, but their date to repair unit was 6-7 days out! My only complaint was that for the cost of the service call, the unit should have been put back together again, as we had to do it as best we could to qualify for the offer from the government to compensate us for rebate program.
