We called and were givien an appointment for the next day. They were prompt and called one half hour prior to the time we were to meet. They were courteous and efficient. They were very careful with our items and actually came in under estimate as far as time. The furniture was arranged in our garage very professionally and to our specifications. Very happy with the service we received. Their pricing was reasonable for the work done. All in all a great job.

We had bought a new house nearby and had been moving little by little for a month. We needed movers to take care of moving the large items so we could truly move in. Showtime recommended a crew of three and they did all the work within the minimum time frame. They set up all the beds too, including bunk beds. After they had left, we noticed two problems in the reassembly of some items, called them and they came back and fixed them. Showtime was the perfect choice for our local move. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone in the area.

We had a piano to move from Valley Village to Sherman Oaks - about 5 miles along Ventura Blvd. All the other piano movers I called wanted upwards of $175 and they had costs based on number of steps and exact mileage, etc. I called Dave and he gave me the best price by far and had plenty of availability. I was concerned with the quality since his price was so much better than the others. It was $118 for the move plus $8 for gas - $126. They arrived right on time, were perfectly sweet and clearly knew how to move a piano. They put up with the few moments of deciding the precise location of where to place the piano. Next time we'll hire them for the entire move - not just the piano.

Everything went extremely well from initial contact to completion of the job. I received an accurate estimate over the phone when I called to inquire. I scheduled the appointment at the original point of contact. They arrived punctually and were professional and accommodating during the whole process. They were anxious to be sure I was pleased and even encouraged me to "take my time" in deciding the exact position for the piano.

When I called him initially, there was such a reassuring tone in his voice and he followed through with that the entire experience and I felt very secure in my decision to hire him. He showed up promptly, was extremely professional throughout the experience, they worked steadily, were careful with my belongings; and most of all, they were respectful and personable. I really liked the owner and was very impressed with his character. Dave and his assistant showed up on time, they introduced themselves, and they were well groomed and welll spoken. He was never rough or sharp with me and they each worked very dilligently to move as much as they could within the time frame that I could afford. He really worked hard to meet my needs and budgetary limitations. He exceeded any possible expectation that I had; not only that he was a decent guy, but it was like moving is "his calling" and is something that he takes a great deal of pride and respect in. Nothing was damaged, I was treated well, and he was of solid character and hard working. It was an outstanding experience and I felt guided and reassured through the entire move. Moving is stressful and he was very consoling throughout the experience.
