We are very sorry that you felt the need to post negative comments about our service, after we worked so diligently to solve your problems, and especially after you expressed to us how much you appreciated the job we did for you. We would like to clarify what our experience with you was from our perspective: Punctuality: We arrived at your home ten minutes early, called to let you know we were at your gate, and then waited 15 minutes for you to let us in. Price: You paid $49.00 for 45 minutes worth of labor (a Big Deal offer), and we gave you the full hour for that coupon, a $35.00 discount. You then asked us to perform an additional 2 hours of labor, for which we charged you ONE hour, another 50% discount which was solely at our discretion and in consideration of your limited funds. At the conclusion of our visit, you asked if we would work for you again at a "friend's discount price". We explained that future labor had to be billed at our regular price, which you expressed frustration at.You also encouraged us to sell our truck and buy a new vehicle from you! You called us twice later that same day with tech questions, which we answered during 30 minutes of free phone support. You again thanked us for our help. Professionalism: We completed each individual task you asked us to perform. At the conclusion of our one hour scheduled visit we had spent 3 hours with you,charged you for only two, and each additional issue that you wanted us to address would have taken much more time to solve than you were willing to pay for. You did ask us to set up 4 "Magic Jack" phone extensions for you, but you did not have the necessary hardware, and we also do not work on phone systems. Responsiveness: We are baffled by your complaint that we work as a husband and wife team, and that you objected to our both speaking with you regarding solving your computer problems. We remember very cordial conversation which you initiated, directed to me and to Ira. There were no interruptions, we simply listened to your concerns and answered your questions. Ira in particular went to great lengths to explain to you the problems presented by your very old and hand built computer components. It was our impression that we got along very well. Especially since you thanked us profusely at the end of our visit, and asked us to look you up on IMDB. We hope that Angie's List members will take a moment to read some of our other Member reviews, which we feel more accurately reflect our level of professionalism and care for our clients.
