I've dealt with Ira on 2 occasions. The first time he bought and installed a new printer and additionally, he took the initiative to make important updates that I didn't realize I needed. The second visit involved a minor issue that was quickly resolved. I felt that he should have been compensated for his time, but he refused any payment! Obviously, customer care and satisfaction are more important to him than financial remuneration. Suffice it to say, I have him on speed dial.

I first contact Goodberg Computer Services to take care of my laptop. At the end, he ended up fixing our internet at home, upgrading our modem, fixing the airport, and even dealing with Time Warner/Spectrum over the phone - which is always a pain, and he did it with no problems; even got us a better deal with them

He came 2 times. Both times he accomplished what needed to be done. His honesty and integrity, knowledge is worth its price. His work is not cheap. But i believe you get what you pay for. I was able to get an internet in my place using his recommendation. I thought I was never going to have one He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend his service very highly.

Very well. My wife has a home based business with four computers and a variety of shared resources (printers, scanner, NAS). We recently upgraded to WIN 10, and have had issues since with the recognition of resources. I called and the phone was immediately answered by Ira. We had a discussion wherein he helped diagnose the problem, and offered some suggestions that I try before unnecessarily spending money. I was so impressed by his thoughtful approach that is very old school and very unusual in this day and age. He gave me actionable advice that was straightforward. Ira advised that should the suggested step not work, it may be appropriate to call them..but wanted me to check the essentials. Very refreshing that this firm is interested in long term relationships and not short-term "jobs." Should the need arise for future services, Goodberg will be our first call!

We could have "fixed it", but it was not in their interests to do so: we advised them to get a new computer and we could come back and transfer their data to it. It was satisfactory, but not excellent. He had an attitude and was complaining of things. I didn't think that was very professional. It took around three hours.

"This member's house had a water leak and her floors were under an inch of water, and she had repair people there trying to fix this. We were tasked with relocating her equipment to a dry area, but she was so busy with the leak situation that she was unable to communicate with us effectively about where she wanted us to move it to. In addition, the member wanted us to deal only with her care giver, who was unclear about what the member wanted us to do with her old computer. We completed the work she asked us to do despite the chaos at her home. Service was provided on Dec. 7, 2015, not on the date the member has submitted. We acted in a professional manner, and feel it is unfortunate that the member has chosen to give us a less than stellar review, despite our working under very difficult conditions."

I would recommend that anyone with computer problems, who desire to properly set up a computer or require computer instruction contact Ira and Bonny. Ira is a bulldog when it comes to computer problems. If there is a repair solution he will will find it. But....equally as important, he will also advise you when it is time to purchase new equipment without wasting your money making needless repairs to incur hourly charges. I should also note that Ira and Bonny "come to you" and in fact have worked on my computers in Ventura County and downtown Los Angeles.
Finally, I am currently in the market for a computer to do Photoshop. Ira is my trusted advisor on this to ensure that I make the correct purchase for my computing needs.
Bottom line, spend a little to save a lot. The Goodbergs will give you proper, ethical advice on your computing needs all in the comfort of your home.

I have been using Goodberg now for many years. I had previously tried other "consulting and service" entities with absolutely terrible experiences and results. I am a senior and most of these other technicians were impatient and arrogant. I cannot say enough positive, wonderful things about Goodberg especially in being so accommodating and prompt regarding scheduling. And I cannot emphasize how patient and competent Goodberg is with me concerning computer and cell phone instruction and operation. Every problem I have ever had was always corrected. Service has always been completed to my full satisfaction. Goodberg is an absolute "life-saver" for me! I cannot stress how professional, punctual, patient, and service-oriented Goodberg is! Words are not adequate and there is not enough time for all the deserved accolades that I can attribute to the professionalism and expertise of Goodberg!
