Bonnie and her husband Ira are highly professional and extremely capable computer experts. They not only honored the deal I purchased, but they went above and beyond. Because of family circumstances, my voucher had just expired and there was no problem in getting them to honor it , when they could of told me,"sorry". They came when they were supposed to and not only performed the services they promised but taught me much about my computer problems and how to solve them in the future. There were other things I needed to take care of , with my cable company for instance, and they were kind enough to give me a quick tutorial, which they didn't need to do. Both of this husband and wife team are very personable, kind and lots of fun to talk to. I can not recommend this company enough for all your computer needs. If all vendors on Angie's List is this great, you will never go wrong! SIGNED, ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER!

They gave all and spread out their computer time and it was sufficient to get me going. Maybe I expected more from them but it was worth the money. The rating sounds contradictory but I was expecting more detail for the visit. I realized for the time they spent and what I paid for, I got my money’s worth. No, I will not use them again because I think that they would direct you towards a professional usage and this is just a home computer. We just needed a little bit of help. If they went on for more minutes, it would have been $140 an hour or whatever. It was quite expensive. $39 was a discounted rate. We got exactly what we paid for.

Altho service was not done reason being address is OUTSIDE provider's service area, they promptly emailed me notifying me of the same. I am giving the company an A Rating for their responsiveness, follow-thru in communicating with customer on an important service issue. I believe regardless of whether service was done or not at all, the provider's communicativeness is just as good as if the job was fulfilled. In itself, that's professionalism. I am happy with the way they handled my case. Good job! Will recommend.

They did a good job. They were able to assist me with any questions I had and I found them to be very helpful.

Came, did the job & left. So far so good. However the offer endorsed by Angie's List was misleading. I understood the service will cost me $39.00, instead it was $101.00 A luxury I can't & wouldn't afford.

They arrived on the dot, moved my computer out and opened it. They showed me the part that wasn't working correctly and replaced it. They also told me to save it because if it ever went out again, I could just buy a section of what was removed. The base was generic and only a metal part would go bad. They checked my dsl speed and looked over my service bill and explained what a certain fee was. If I decided to fight it or remove it, it would save me another $10 a month. I had used their services a few months ago and they cleared out viruses and back then they told me about dsl speed and I was able to negotiate a new package that dropped my verizon bill at least $10 month too. Since then, when I check my security, I don't even get notices that anything was detected, quarantined or removed. They're great!

They come as a team, Ira and his wife Bonnie. They charge $450/hr. We used them before once to work on our PC. Everything went OK,, basically. So when we got a new iMac, we called them over. After the initial setup they were back here twice. Ira is quite knowledgeable, but his attitude is terrible and makes it hard to work with him. He actually encouraged my wife to call the police and report me for messing up something on the iMac! He is condescending, arrogant, rude and uses foul language. He actually used the "F" word when grilling my wife about things regarding my access to the iMac! I don't even know my wife's password to get INTO the iMac. I only go on the iMac at my wife's request and then only to help her if I could. My wife said she will never have them back ever again. They do what they say they can do, and in a timely manner, but we just cannot take being around Ira anymore. Bonnie, by the way, is a delightful person.

This was a husband and wife team. He worked on the computer while his wife took notes. This worked very well as they documented all the work they did. I ended going over my alloted time and had to play extra but this was well worth it, saving me a lot of my time.

That turned out pretty well. They were not able to answer all of our questions though in the time that we had contracted for, so the service did take longer and we paid additional. They were confident and were relatively helpful. This is a husband and wife team; the wife keeps track of the time and the husband is the one who does the work. We then just purchased a new computer. If money were no object, they were confident and I would consider using them again.

I would highly recommend Ira. He is very knowledgeable, smart, funny, sharp. He gave me ways to cut my bills in half, he goes way beyond the call of duty. If you want a real person, call Ira. He is honest and will always give you the choice of what to do. I can't say enough about him. I have become his biggest fan.

It didn't work out well. I’m not sure what they fixed. The pricing was expensive and the deal didn't state the time frame. They were here for total of 3 hours and charged $350. They were right on time. I still haven’t gotten a new computer

I would never use them again. First of all I gave them a list of items that I waned them to address and they didn't take care of that, secondly I didn't think they possessed the knowledge that they were suppose to have. They both came and the issues that I had that I needed help with were not resolved. They were here one hour and 15 minutes but they said they weren't going to charge me for the extra 15 minutes since they didn't resolve me issues.

They seemed knowledgeable and nice. They gave us a lot of advice. When they gave me the options, it helped to steer me in the right direction. I liked them and they seemed honest. I would use them again.

Misread the fine print and provider alerted me. They were polite and clear.

See above. It was especially nice to have people my age doing this work (we're all Boomers). It couldn't have been much smoother. Ira gets to work immediately. It was a tremendous value for the "Big Deal" dollars I paid!

I bought an Angie's LIst deal. Removed 2 big viruses and recommended I change my email password. Noticed my computer seemed slow so ran a speed check and it was--recommended I call my provider for better service. Gave me good advice and said to call them if I needed any more. Found out scary noise from computer was a loose fan that would get out of alignment. Said it would heat up because of dust buildup so they blew it out for me.

Everything went pretty well. I can't complain, and certainly couldn't have done all this work on my own.

It is a work in progress. The got rid of a lot of junk but i have to do something to save my files and they will come back and format the hard drive and reinstall windows. I have not yet had time to save my photos. I am happy with them. It worked out very well. We had some family situation develop so we had to call them and postpone. We paid more than the big deal price. 39 dollars was for one hour.

They were prompt and gave wonderful service. There was an additional problem my computer and they came back out immediately. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent, Ira & Bonita called ahead of time as agreed and were on site earlier than predicted. They were very professional, didn't try to sell any parts that weren't needed and most importantly, didn't drown us in "techie" language. We would highly recommend them.

Ira and Bonnie were on time, kept it simple and took care of all my issues. I would use them again although their hourly rate seems a little high after the promotional fee expires. However I have not done any comparison shopping. Besides the issues above I also purchased a new external hard drive back up which they installed. Total time of their visit was 2 hours. Cost below reflects promotional rate, 1 hour of additional time and the hard drive back up.

They organized my computer and they get rid of some unnecessary files on it. They also installed a DVD player and they did a lot of different things.
