Ira was a great help to us. We had been having trouble getting service throughout the 3 story house and they brought in a new router. They also reconfigured the computers and everything works great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs professional work.

And no matter how panicked I am about a given issue, they go about resolving it with the calm air of expertise and a sense of humor for good measure. My service provider was on-time, knowledgeable and professional, and exceeded my expectations on every level. Beyond his technical expertise, Ira was sensitive to billable hours and was very pleasant to work with. I am pleased to whole-heartedly recommend this business.

Ira came within an hour after I first called him to explain the problem. While the problem was not obvious, he was persistent in finding a work around solution for what turned out to be a broken part. He was very friendly, professional, and clearly an engaged, creative thinker, and very reasonably priced.

He was a pleasant person, and knowledgeable. Arrived early. Did everything I asked.

Succeeded where so many other failed. Dedicated, knowledgeable and worked on it until it was right! Ira and Bonnie are the only people I call from now on!

They were very good but very expensive. What happened was, the guy came in here and then he was doing things and then he had to do this and he had to do that. He said, "This is wrong. That is wrong." Then he started downloading things. Some of those downloads took like 10 minutes. By the time it was all done, I had a $480 bill and I went, "What?" He was nice and all and he got a lot of stuff done. It ended up being a lot longer because I couldn't stop him because of what he was doing. When he was done, I said to him, "Some of that stuff, I'm paying for download time and you didn't do anything." He goes, "It should be more. I'm going to charge you $480." He just took the other bill and said, "Here's your bill, $480." I'm like, "What?" I paid it. I won't use him again. They were good. But you've got to be careful because of the amount that they charge you. They did a very good job. I just think that they should say, "I can do this. But if I do that, it's going to take X amount of time and I'm at whatever dollars an hour, over that $49." It was shocking. There was a screw up because they said that they were going to come out on a certain date and they didn't come. I called them and they said that I wasn't in the system. Then they ended up coming out. It wasn't that big of a deal but it was a little hiccup.

This was a big deal purchase. I knew it was going to cost more than the big deal because it was more work than fit into an hour. I guess the work was completed alright. I was not really terribly impressed with his personality. It was not entirely successful but it got most of it. Some of it did not transfer very well. They did not do anything terrible. I think he was probably knowledgeable, at least enough to do the work that I had. I don't know about other people, because that was mostly done successfully. He didn't wipe everything clean on there, which I had hoped he could do. He said he did not want to do that. If you have a small job I think it would be okay to hire them. The price of the special was good, but their regular price is high. I don't know what is high anymore. Their responsiveness was timely. I did not think their professionalism was up to snuff. I got a lot of advice I did not ask for.

Fine. He solved the problem and did some fine tuning to maximize my computer's performance.

I left a message in their office. Short time later - the call was returned by Bonita - pleasant, professional, with "when would you like service?" I wanted something quickly (if possible), and with luck, quickly was how it happened. When Ira arrived - I showed him the layout, equipment, what was happening, what I wanted. By the end - he had all equipment linked perfectly, back up system restored, guest network set up, our network set up, and more. Fortunately I anticipated the hardware I needed (actually had thought about doing things myself - came to my senses - so several nice pieces of MAC equipment were still in sealed box's). I did not put a price in the above. IF I have to prior to posting I will put in $1.00 He worked about 3 hours. His rates and how it's billed is very fair, professional. I would 100% recommend this service.

Service went very well. Ira Goodberg was very helpful and easy to work with. He was able to identify and fix problems with the computer and was very helpful in offering suggestions.

I didn't get what I expected and it took longer than I expected. I wasn't willing to pay any more than I paid for the service they provided. Their introductory price was fair, but I thought their extended price was a little bit pricey for the kind of work that I wanted done. The quality of work was acceptable. They were responsive. They were professional.

Ira and Bonita are a great team. We have had Ira out once a week to get our home office-- where we run two businesses-- up to speed. We finally feel confident that our back-ups are complete, and we have optimal network speed and security. Ira is always punctual, and it is easy to communicate over the phone or email to schedule an appointment. If we have any questions, he is available and encourages us to ask them. Ira is our go-to Mac guy!

it seemed to go well. However, one issue that he resolved came right back so I need to follow up withn them.

I sort of feel like it was a bait and switch. He was there and there were to do all these work that we needed to do and it was going to cost us more. It didn't remain at a price that they promised. They did what they said they were going to do. It was going to cost a lot.

They removed a great deal of junk and backed up the hard drive. The computer is running so much faster now, and the data will be safe from the hard drive for a new computer when it is purchased. The Goodbergs communicate as effectively as they clean up computers. They explained clearly how to get the best service from my internet provider, how to use the virus protection program effectively, and how to navigate better via the browsers. They also offered advice on purchasing a new computer. They have a wealth of knowledge, and can always answer questions with respect and with targeted responses.

It was fine.The work was fine. He was very pushy but the computer results were fine.

He was punctual. But honestly, very rude and condescending. He acted as though we were putting him off by having him there to fix the network. He was unfamiliar with Windows 8 and sat for about 30 minutes reading a manual (I have photos of this - was fascinating to watch). Eventually resolved, but seemed to take twice as long and offered twice as much attitude over it.

When I scheduled the appointment, Ira was thorough in finding out what my issue was. He suggested the Apple Time Capsule for my home WiFi instead of a product I'd just purchased at Best Buy. I returned the item to Best Buy and bought the Time Capsule prior to the appointment. Ira and Bonnie arrived punctually, worked quickly, solved a problem I had with multiple Apple IDs, explained how the Time Capsule also would back up my hard drive and all files, and then tested to be sure the Time Capsule and printer were working before they left. They were patient, answered all my questions, and were well-organized. A few hours after they left I had one more question and emailed Ira. He quickly answered. Ira and Bonnie are a pleasure to work with. I am not IT savvy, and I appreciated that they did not use computer-speak so that I could understand the information they were conveying. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The employees were a couple and they came to our home for the work. They were pleasant and on time. Overall, our experience with them was good.

Very professional. I have not used my computer sine work was done, but expect it to have more space when I do. (I have been in the process of Moving and still need to reconnect it.

It went well. Bonita is wonderful!!!!! She was very flexible when it came to scheduling, and she was very good at explaining tech stuff to me, and that's pretty difficult, since I'm not at all tech savvy.

ran optimization and updates did not fix or help anything did less than what I had already done my self!!! made my computer worse they have no clue how to fix computers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!took many phone calls and did not know a thing about real computer problems....I want my money back...they did not do anything!!
