Went very well. There was an issue with the existing pipe- but they didn't leave until it was fixed. Great work!

Flood Bros. came out and discovered defects in a new gas line and leaks in our old gas lines as well. They showed us video and explained and pointed out all the issues. They were very knowledgable about their work and reasonable about costs. They were very responsive throughout the whole process of repairing everything, responding to our calls immediately. We hired them to do another big job when we had a problem with our sewer line because they did such a good job and are very professional.

Giovanni and Mike were both professional and personable. They arrived early, greeted us and explained exactly what they were going to do and why. When the sewer line proved to be located too far from the street, they went and got an extra long cable and did not charge us extra, despite their inconvenience. They also identified an active leak that we did no know about. We will definitely use Flood Brothers again.

They never called us so we called them. They said they were over scheduled and would get back to us as soon as possible. That was a month ago. We called again today and the message said something about their voice mail had not been set up. How do I get my money back?

They needed direct access to the clean out, so they want to charge an extra $150 to remove the toilet and replace it. They were very nice people and directed me to call Angie's List for a refund.

Very honest and fair. I've had 3 others do the same job in the past and none have reviewed and diagnosed the problem so well.

They called me back and offered to come out, re do film, and give me a new film (I have not reviewed it yet). They also offered to refund the extra $100 I had given them and I offered to split the difference for $50. They cam out and were very courteous and helpful and gave me the check.

They came out and it were supposed to perform a sewer line clean up, but the line is too long. It is a different job than what they can do for this deal.

They came out to rod the drain and televise it but as we couldn't find the main drain opening so they rodded and cleared the drain from the kitchen sink. they were punctual, polite and did a great job. no mess. I would highly recommend them

They were very communicative and punctual. Completely honest, the job was done fast and couldn't be happier.

They did not end up doing the work because they were so far away but they would have done it for me. I appreciated their help. They were really nice.

THE BEST! I had been waiting for a callback from a plumber I had used in the past, got tired of waiting and jumped to Angie's list for a referral. Up pops the Flood Brothers. I call, immediately get a human, am told I'll get a call from a technician within 15 minutes, the call comes in 4 minutes from Jerry. I text my address, he's there about 15 minutes later...WHAT? The whole thing from call to arrival was about 20 minutes. Blown away. Jerry jumped under the house, did the work, fired my water heater back up for me...done. He's my new hero! He was professional and thorough and got the job done in no time. The Flood Brothers, my new plumbers...use 'em.

The crew was on time, cleaned everything up and were careful with everything on the property. Very responsible.

This is the 2nd time I've used Flood Brothers, and I couldn't be more impressed. They're very responsive, respective, punctual, knowledgeable, thorough and reasonably priced. After yesterday's earthquake, my gas didn't work in the house. I called the gas company, and even though they had installed their own earthquake shutoff valve, they were going to charge me $78 to reset it!! What a ripoff!! So I called Flood Brothers. They gave me a window as to when they would arrive, and, as always, called to let me know they were on their way. They fixed both problems within 5 minutes, and felt since the gas company should have done this for free, they wouldn't charge me. But I'm not impressed with Flood Brothers because they didn't charge me, but because they have a great work ethic and really care about what they do.

The guys at Flood Brothers Plumbing worked at my house for 3 days. They were prompt. They cleaned up after, were courteous and thorough. The cost was more than fair for the work that they did. Giovanni, the owner, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very comfortable with all the workers in my home even though I'm very picky. Everyone was very professional.

Upon the recommendation of a friend, who found Flood Brothers Plumbing through his condo board, I decided to try them. It turned out to be a good experience. Giovanni, the owner, was easy to reach by phone. He arrived on time in a clean, professional truck. And he clearly had lots of plumbing knowledge and experience. I had an unusual problem with a noisy toilet that wasn’t the more commonplace flapper issue, and not so easy to figure out. But Giovanni attacked the problem relentlessly until it was solved and the toilet was up and working again. He really took his time. This plumber seemed to actually care! And best of all, his price wasn’t greedy, especially for the amount of time he spent at the house. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. Highly recommended.

The Flood Brothers plumbers arrived on time and were both thorough and efficient. Thet took care of a problem that other plumbers in the area failed to fix. I will call them again if I need a plumber in the future Alex Lindsey

Giovanni has been forthright in explaining different options. He has recommended twice that we go with the less costly option even though it has meant less for him. We were especially impressed when he was last here and did not charge us for a house call, nor for again looking in our sewer line. He said it was because we had asked about the 2nd problem when he had been here initially and he was just making sure it was the same as before

Punctual, professional, knowledgeable. Repaired what needed to be done immediately and made a proposal for additional work to be done after mold remediation is completed. Very responsive to questions, not pushy about doing work.
