They were prompt, courteous, and did a good job of explaining all the details including what other items we would need to purchase and how to use the equipment ( we are older and not very technically sophisticated, but they explained everything in details and we had a LOT of questions). We were very happy with the service!

Jonathan first came and gave us a bid on how much it would cost to mount our new TV above the fireplace. He was prompt and one time. He came back at the agreed upon time to perform the service. TV works great - no cords can be seen. He patched the wall to the left of the fireplace where the cords could run from the outlet to the back of the TV. Reliable and easy! He was a referral from a friend.

Jonathan was amazing. He was very professional and knowable. He quoted us a great price and started work a few days later. We were having problems with our boosters a few weeks later, I called Jonathan and he came right out. He couldn't find any problems with the boosters and asked if he could go under the house to look. He discovered we had rats and they chewed the wires. He came out a few days later with his crew and replaced the wires. I will be using Jonathan and his company again.

Took a bit of time to set up the appointment, but Jonathan was out of time, so it was not a issue. He has been to our home before and we were so happy with that, that there wasn't any question we were going to ask for him again. The TV install was fast and complete. He even took his time to clean the old unit for us. The programming of the receiver was the most involved. It is an older set, but he had researched it before coming and was able to make the changes we wanted. I was not decided on the universal remote when he came as it is a bit pricey. He didn't push, but told me how it worked and what it did. Decided to go for it and MAN, am I glad we have it now. Works very easily and makes watching in our dedicated room a real pleasure. A real pro and I appreciate having them available to us when we need them.

Everything went fine; he did the work that he was supposed to do. I would recommend them.

The job went smoothly. They showed up on time, did a very detailed and thorough job and I was very happy with the result.

Jonathan was very helpful and professional. He came by for an initial consultation and listened carefully to what we were looking for. We are very happy with his suggestion and willingness to work with us. He spent extra time and even came back the next day to fix a cosmetic issue near the installation. He has also been available for questions after the installation. I would definitely recommend him!

Super detailed. He was familiar with the equipment and really tried to resolve the issue. Our TV was so old, he was unable to make the changes we wanted and he actually offered to not charge us. Paid him for his time anyway, he earned it and won my business with his sincerity.

Disappointing! First, on timing... I texted Jonathan on Tuesday to confirm the time on Thurs. He said they'd arrive between 8-9am. I had family over to our house that morning to receive them. By noon, no one had showed and we hadn't even received the decency of a phone call. When we finally called, they said they didn't have our paperwork or a sign of the job. They finally sent over two installers at 4PM! They didn't finish the job until after 8pm. Totally disrupted our night AND wasted the the day for my family. What a joke. Quality -- Jonathan came to inspect our house a few weeks earlier. Clearly, from the notes I gave him, nothing was relayed to his two workers. We asked for Keystone jacks. They did not use them. He offered a swivel mount for the bedroom. That's not what we got. Both TVs are mounted above dressers allowing a nice spot to hide the cords coming out of the wall. In the bedroom, they put the hole in the wall ABOVE the dresser, so it looked awful. We had them redo it and patch the old hole. Now I have a painting project on my To Do List. The actual workers were very friendly and apologetic. Clearly they had not been prepped. I have no issue with them personally. But Jonathan, you handled this all wrong. I would NOT recommend your company or use you again. Very disappointing.

Punctuality and respect is an important part of customer service. Not to this company.

Jonathan did two installations for myself and my sister. The two projects were completed on schedule as Jonathan had described in his initial visit. He is extremely knowledgeable and his recommendations should definitely be taken in to consideration.

Jonathan was very kind and professional, but most importantly he knew what he was doing. He didn't push products that we didn't need or more expensive models that had features we would never use, his recommendations were spot on considering we wanted high end but didn't particularly need the absolute best. (I did my own research on every recommendation before I gave a green light). The job was not particularly complicated but in comparison to past A/V companies we've used his work was BY FAR the best, he and his crew clearly hold themselves to a high standard for every job. Everything in our A/V cabinet is cleaner and more organized than before the job began. Most importantly, everything works as promised. However, Jonathan is clearly a very busy man and thus getting in contact was sometimes a little difficult, but I never waited more than 45 minutes for a call back and he was always perfectly punctual for appointments. If you need a home theater job done in your house you won't have any regrets using AVS logic.

Jon setup 5.1 surround and a universal remote for my master bedroom. It's working great and he didn't try to sell me on an overly expensive remote or receiver that I didn't really need. Would recommend him in the future for any type of home entertainment work.

The system sounds great, Jonathan is knowledgeable on the computer side as well as the audio, having both attributes is a plus for sure. He and his helper made a few clean cuts in the brick above my fireplace to accommodate the wiring and set up the speakers at a optimum location on our patio. His prices are reasonable and he has the expertise that many people would be looking for that want to upgrade their systems. We will reach out to him again for our audio/visual needs.

Jonathan and his team were prompt and professional. This is the second project I have used AVS for, and they did great again. Jonathan is a problem solver and his crew is hard working and trustworthy.

Price from AVS was higher than another provider but felt that it may reflect a more professional install. I provided the equipment and was going to attempt to do the job myself, but Jonathan cautioned that the job was a lot more involved than it seemed and implied that I should consider leaving it to the professionals. I did. In the end, he sent a few folks that were likely not the experienced installers that I expected. For example, I provided photos of the exact location of the pre-wire. They ignored and in spite of going into the attic, drew a pencil circle of the speaker location and then drilled a center hole. Of the 5 speaker locations, two were off and needed to be redone. Another one was too close to the TV. And though the price was supposed to be "all-in" I was offered an overprices gigabit hub to connect everything. After sending a note to Jonathan after the job, where I had to do painting and ceiling repair, he sent a note: "This are minimal minor touch ups which can be done with cocking ?KAULK? we try our best to check the ceilings since it is a 50/50 change of cut out a hole and worsen the damage and even using a very expensive stud finder and crawling on the attic wasn?t enough." The "expensive stud finder" was one of the workers tapping on the drywall. And as mentioned above, I showed photos that I had taken before the drywall was installed. Not professional. Too expensive for the quality. Would not recommend. UPPDATE: I was contacted by Jonathan from AVS Logic regarding my review, and he wrote the following: "I?m not trying to open a discussion over your review on Angie`s list, although I find this ungrateful and misleading since we did a good job at your house and shown professionalism since the first time I stepped in your house. If my suggestion of utilizing ?caulking? at first wasn?t straight forward it was a miscommunication. If that review does represent our workmanship it is inconsiderate." "Ungrateful?" I should be grateful for the right to pay a sum of money for something and expect a promised top-quality job in return? "Misleading?" I'm not sure what part of my above review was misleading in any way. If the "drill first" after using an expensive stud finder (the "finger-tap") method is misstated, I don't know how else to describe. In addition, my 75" TV was initially hung to where the bottom rested on my fireplace mantle, and my wife needed to have them raise. And finally, the center speaker is only a few inches from the front of the TV and the wiring permitted it to properly sit a foot away. "Inconsiderate?" Even though I gave AVS Logic a chance to respond to my concerns (and included its response in my review), we were called inconsiderate for providing our honest assessment. Interesting.

Contacted him via phone number, scheduled to have him come out the next day between 4 and 5. He stated he would call beforehand to get my address. I called a few minutes before 5 to give him the address. He had completely forgotten about our appointment, and wanted to push it to the next day. I told him I was unable to reschedule and that you only get one chance to make a first impression. He failed to make a good first impression. Will not be using his service or recommending it.

Jonathan came over the day I called him and my TV was completely not working. He was very professional and accurate. He was able to find the cause of the issue and fix it and also answered all my other questions about my system.

For about 6 months I was having problems with my internet provider. I tried switching to Hughes which did not work out, went back to my original provider which was Clear and then I tried Time Warner. Time Warner sent a crew who assured me that there is something defective with the cable that is designated for the internet in the electric room of my condominium complex. Therefore, even if it was connected it would have very slow speed. Thereafter, Time Warner sent another crew which came to the same conclusion. A third crew showed up at my door and the technician told me that they can do it, no problem. He connected me to Time Warner and it was as bad, so bad, even more slow than Clear. Through personal connections, I was recommended to a technician by the name of Jonathan at AVS Logic. Jonathan went down to the electrical/cable room, came up to the condo and assured me that he could do the job. Jonathan lived up to everything he said. He got the job done. Not only is my internet speed close to 100%, I can also watch Netflix and YouTube on my television which I could not before. It's worth mentioning that I have a home theater system in my living room which Jonathan had to reprogram my remote (a very complex one). He improved the sound tremendously and bought a Blue Ray to connect it all. The odd thing was that Jonathan connected to Time Warner, the same Time Warner that sent three crews who failed to do the job. I live in a 2400 square foot condo and there is a large area to cover. All my three computers are working at the high speed and I cannot express how happy I am. Jonathan did a clean and professional job on both my internet connection speed and home theater system. As I mentioned, he managed to do what Time Warner's three crews have failed to achieve! I highly recommend him for anything to do with home theater systems, internet and related items. Sasson Rejwan

I was very impressed with their knowledge of the "new experience" for audio/video where phones/tablets can control the experience. I plan on using their services in the future.

Jonathan and his guys were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I only had a basic idea of what I wanted to accomplish and they took it from there creating solutions that met my needs. Within minutes of the initial walk-through I felt confident that I could rely on Jonathan to get the job done without having to be micromanaged. It's nice to be able to trust someone to be an expert and make decisions on their own. He and his crew worked fast and clean, and were able to work around a sleeping baby and a nosy golden retriever without issue. I highly recommend them and will be using them again for future projects. The only thing that was even slightly an issue had to do with the initial scheduling. Jonathan and his guys do excellent work and are in demand so they are very busy, which means you have to be assertive in scheduling a time as they are always working. Having said that, once you do set something, they are prompt and reliable and he will always get back to you quickly.

I set up an appointment with Jonathan for an estimate three weeks before the appointment as we were planning to be out of town. Jonathan arrived at the appointed time even though I had not communicated with him for three weeks. I liked his ideas and I went ahead and scheduled the work. Jonathan and his helper did the installation in one very long day and we were extremely happy with the workmanship and the results. Jonathan is pleasure to work with and is a real professional. He also cares about his customers and wants to make sure that they are happy with the final result. I have no hesitation recommending AVS Logic for any low voltage installations.

Jonathan was great. Very professional, extremely high-quality work, went above and beyond to get the job done perfectly. He cleaned everything up. And, he's a very pleasant guy. I would highly recommend him. Great quality at reasonable prices.
