Universal Lath and Plaster is a company of the Highest Professionalism. Jose was a great help in the decision process, with an excellent sense of what works. Describes work to be done, so you can understand, what they will be doing. Went out of their way to make sure , job was of the highest quality. The Crew is of the Highest Professionalism, not seen very often. Jose went out of his way to assemble the other professions needed as we had painting, rock accent, done also. Jose is very Knowledgeable {a great sounding board}, Friendly {crew also}, The Job from start to finish was done in a Professional manner I haven"t seen in years. On time, Took pains to keep mess to a minimum, which was cleaned, If you have a stucco job that needs to be done then Universal Lath and Plaster is the Company to go to! As a retired professional myself, I am very happy to find that there is still a Company out there that lives by Highest Standards of Professionalism,

Jose and his crew were extremely prompt, professional, and friendly. They did top notch work and even corrected additional issues they found as the were doing the job, without charging me more for it. Jose was flexible with his dates and treated my small job as important as a major multi-day job. I can't say enough good things about Jose, his crew, and the professional job they did!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Jose and his crew did a beautiful job and we couldn't be happier. He's very prompt and courteous, ad finished the job even earlier than planned.

Prompt, friendly, courteous. Very careful of my shrubs near the foundation (except for a gardenia they cut to the ground). Care of my plants was a foregone agreement. What a nice crew and so professional! I am going to have them do more work for me in a couple of months. I would not even look for another company. These guys are great.

Mr. Jose did BEAUTIFUL work on our house. I was very indecisive and he was very patient. Once we were ready he was here the very next business day. All repair of previously cracked and/or poor patch work in our previous stucco, was beautiful and undetectable. ALL work was completed in about a day and a half worth of work. He was on time and he and his 2man crew were very kind and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to restucco their house. The ONLY criticism I have is that the "mess" of the stucco and repairs were not cleaned up. But overall I'm overjoyed at the quality of the craftsmanship in their work!

Jose kept us up to date on when he could do the work and was able to come a day earlier than expected. He explained what was going on during the process, the crew was very efficient, their work was immaculate and their cleanup was superb. I would give an absolute 'yes' to anyone who asks me if they would be a good choice to do work for them.

Timely and professional

Jose came and did an estimate within just a few hours of me first contacting him. He was able to schedule the repair in under a week. He was good about communicating (phone call the afternoon before he came to do repair, just as he said he would). Very friendly. Great value for the quality of work done.

They came to the job site when they said they would. The quality of their work was excellent. They cleaned up all the "mess" when the job was done. The cost of the job was very acceptable.

Very Professional and very easy to work with . Jose is very polite, caring and knowledgable and answered all my questions . He went out of his way to help me replace my old siding and get the house well prepped for the traditional three layer stucco. He is on time. He calls and lets me know any instructions.
