Universal Lath and Plaster

Jose did a fantastic job applying the external stucco layer on a really unique structure we built on our property. They were timely, professional and really made the structure look beautiful!

Jose and his men came in to stucco the face of my house and did a tremendous job. They came in each morning bright and early and always made sure to clean up before they left. Jose handled all of my concerns about the project professionally and addressed them in a timely manner. He was also very transparent and patient with other work going on around my house. I highly recommend these guys for anyone looking to have stucco work done on their house!

I remember this pro 2 years ago when he did my house, I was very glad to see him. His work is very professional, his crew clean up after themselves, he explains the procedures that will be done, he notified me by email when he will be coming. I highly recommend him to anyone and I do have pictures of his work. KUDOS Jose Espinoza!!!!!

Great experience. Very punctual and professional. They did an amazing job matching the new stucco to the existing.

Jose was prompt for the initial quote. He was the most competitive and seemed to be very eager to take on the job. He and his crew showed up on time on the date specified and worked without taking any breaks. Very efficient as they worked together on the project. They did such a great job on the initial area to be stuccoed that I had them return and do another area. They even volunteered to paint the trim around the stucco to make the entire job look outstanding. Highly recommend you give him a opportunity to quote on your job.

Communications were clear and they arrived when promised. The work was high quality and Jose was pleasant and respectful.

The crew was on time every day. We are happy with the stucco job, BUT stomped all over landscaping, broke numerous things, left chunks of stucco around the perimeter of the home and generally left a few weeks of work for us to do. Jose promised to put everything back the way he found it. Did not happen.

I usually don't write reviews but Jose and his crew were so professional, I had to write this review. Jose was constantly in touch with me letting me know when he was going to work on our house. He set a time and they always showed up on time, as expected. I will definitely recommend Jose to friends and family! Great job!

I hired Jose E. to remove a door and close/repair the exterior wall. Jose used wood, chicken wire, plaster, stucco, and paint (etc), to repair the exterior and prep the interior from the removed door. Jose was punctual arriving on time when he said he would, did the job well, has a good work ethic, and is a hard worker. I am very pleased with the outcome of the work provided by Jose of Universal Lath and Plaster, and will hire him again for additional work in the future.

Jose and Crew are great at what they do. So far he has done what he said and a little more.....We are in the middle of the project. I am sure his company will be a complete 5 out of 5 when my project is completed....ETA for completion is 11/12/18 ... Still two more coats to go.....

This project updated the look of my home from the front even though it is the same color. It was T-1 siding, facing south, and is now Lath and Plaster that i feel will better withstand the south facing sun. Over thirty years, the home was painted three times. I felt the price was reasonable for what needed to be done. i would hire Jose and his crew again.
