This service provider cleaned all the baseboards through out the house, dusted, shined, and polished everything. Marleci cleaned the oven, stove, bathrooms. She also dusted the mini-blinds and vaulted ceilings. I almost forgot...They vacuumed. Very thorough!!!

Marleci is great! She is flexible, efficient, and dependable. From the beginning it has been extremely easy to communicate with her and set up dates and times. When she (and her crew) clean they are very focused and detail oriented. I am always very pleased with the job they do and continue to use them.

I had moved to Stockton from Boise, ID a few months ago. My apartment needed some good cleaning but also I still had a lot of things that still needed to be put away from the move. My poor bed had a lot of items on it that needed to be put in their place. Well the wonderful ladies from Spot Less did an awesome job with that. They also changed the sheets on the bed so I could finally go to sleep in my bed instead of the couch. It took them 3.5 hours to complete everything. My apartment looked wonderful when they were done and that night I loved falling asleep in my wonderful bed. I would so use Spot Less again.

Marleci is wonderful, not only as a house cleaner but as a person. She always shows up with a wonderful attitude and has built a great relationship with me and my children as well. Her cleaning services are great, I'm always satisfied with the service. I love the personal relationship that she has built with me and my kids, we all love seeing her on cleaning day every week, we all look forward to having her here. She's like a ray of sunshine in the house!! Love having her and I will keep her for as long as I'm living in this area.

Marleci and her co-worker has been cleaning our house for over two months now on a bi-monthly basis. She always shows up on time and does a great job. I'm happy with the work she does and will continue to hire her.

Spot Less Cleaning Service was highly recommended to me by a good friend. I am recovering from surgery and I needed a reliable and trustworthy company to clean my home. I called another company first for a quote to clean my homes, based on its sq. footage.I was quoted an outrageous amount for the first cleaning, but I was told they would deduct $275 from the bill if I committed to follow up services. I shared with my friend my need for a house cleaner and the outrageous price I was quoted from the other company. That's when she told me about Spot Less Cleaning Service. I am very pleased with the service they provided. They are very friendly, thorough, and professional . I can now rest in my clean home and focus my attention on recuperating from surgery.

Timely response, good quality work

Went great, we scheduled her to come out to perform a deep clean before our baby shower. We first asked for her to come out to do an evaluation of what was to be done, she was right on time which was nice since we were on a lunch break. She told us it would take about 3 hours to do the work we had requested and we set up a time for her to actually do the deep clean. She came that day for the cleaning right on time and brought her own equipment. It was not disruptive at all having her there and we ended up leaving before she finished and came back when she was done. It actually took her 4 hours which I think was understandable since I think it had been a really long time since our last deep clean and there was a lot to clean. As far as quality goes, the kitchen sink, stove and oven have never looked nicer. She did an excellent job! The linoleum floors in the kitchen and bathroom also looked great as did all the other appliances including the inside of the microwave and refrigerator. The rates were really reasonable for the work performed. The only downsides I can think of was that while the inside of the refrigerator was cleaned and looked great, the inside of the freezer wasn't. However we hadn't specifically specified that, so I can understand how that may not be a standard thing. I'm sure we could've asked and she would've done it. The only other would be the difference in hours but I still think that's totally understandable given the deceptively large area and the fact that it hadn't been deep cleaned in a while. Also for our case it did have a pretty strong chemical smell but I just opened the windows and that went away. That was probably since this was a deep clean I'm guessing with regular cleaning the harsh chemicals probably wouldn't be needed. Overall I'd say it was a great experience and we are considering contacting her about seeing if we can get on a routine cleaning schedule.

She arrived on time armed with her own supplies and equipment. We left the house after giving her a list of directions and returned in about 3-4 hours to find everything we asked done, and done well. This was a first visit, and we realized that the first time is more difficult--and we appreciated that! She seemed eager to work and suggested other things that she would do--very unusual for most housekeepers in our experience. She seems to be a very fast worker, much faster than it takes me to do the same jobs! She missed a few places on the windows and did not replace one kitchen rug, but everything else was done perfectly. We were late in returning and she accepted that gracefully. She carefully calculated her time on a calculator and we set up a time for her to return in the following month. Really, she is the answer to every elderly person's prayers. I feel so fortunate to find such a professional person and hope she will stick with us while we try to downsize and get our house in better order! On the basis of her performance, I would recommend her to anyone and it is such a big plus that she brings her own machine and supplies.

This has been an outstanding experience from the start, so much so that we've decided to make it an ongoing one. We were approaching our daughter's bridal shower to be hosted in our home a few months back, and work schedules, etc. made us realize that we weren't going to have time to clean our house [and it really needed it]. I called several listings that showed as options for our zip code, yet each said we were outside their service area...until we reach Marleci at Spotless. She was willing to go the extra distance and made our home look amazing for the shower. She's been coming back every other week since, always punctual, efficient and making our home "spotless". Excellent customer service!!!

She was an incredibly hard and fast working person given to the finest of detail and quality. Her work ethic is unmatched in my experience of having a cleaning service. She worked very methodically from the back of the house to the front not missing one single spot. I am having the house cleaned as I live with and partially take care of my Grandparents and she was so kind and delicate with them and treated my Grandma with the utmost respect even letting her know that if a particular thing was bothering her out of the ordinary that she would like cleaned that she would take care of it for her right away. She ended up spending 3 hours and almost an extra 30 minutes because it was the initial cleaning and I used the coupon that is currently available to pay for it and I am so very glad that I chose to take advantage of the opportunity. Even if the promotion ends, you will not find a more dedicated, hard working, thorough and ethical person no matter how hard you try!

Marleci does a great job......She is always timely and always communicates if she is running late or needs to change days. She has made my life a lot easier by not having to the weekly tasks of dusting, cleaning the bathrooms, vacuuming, windows, and blinds. She even cleans my refrigerator. The house always smells clean and fresh after she leaves. Very honest and trustworthy.

Marleci, the owner is an amazing person. She does a thorough job of cleaning. She usually starts with the laundry, then moves to the kitchen. She looks at the dates on things in my fridge and gets rid of spoiled food taking time to wipe down and clean the fridge. She does not forget the stove, cabinets or counters. From moping to vaccuming there is a smell of clean. She cleaned my bathroom, tub, toilet, mirrors, counters and mopped. She changed the sheets on both beds and remade them, while dusting the dressers, straightening the books and organizing my desk. She took out the trash, cleaned all the small appliances, and put the dishes away. In 2012 I had knee surgery and needed a cleaning service. I interviewed 4 companies and chose Spot Less Cleaning. I knew from the moment we met this was a good fit. I do not have to leave a list unless there is something special I need done. She just knows what to do. I have no reservation giving her my key. I know that when I come home from work it is to a clean space. I have gone on vacation and come home to a spotless home. I highly recommend this company to everyone over the corporations and cookie cutter cleaning services.

I have used Marleci for months now and I will continue to use her. She is great. I hate to dust, and do any deep cleaning but she comes in and takes care of that all for me and more. She is very efficient, quick and detail oriented I would recommend her to anyone.

Marleci always does an excellent job. My home is always thoroughly cleaned. The first time she cleaned for me, she did my refridgerator (which I had been putting off). It is always so nice to come home to a sparkling clean home. Marleci is always on time or calls if running late, which is rare. I'm so happy I found her.
