Spot Less Cleaning Service

These ladies are the best! I was so happy with the first service that I have them scheduled for every other week. They are quick but thorough and very pleasant. I highly recommend them. :)

Very punctual, with a staff of 3 people, it usually takes about 2- 2 1/2 hrs for a 2700 sqft 2 story home. I have a dog and 3 cats in the home and my house stays clean and smells clean. I had to request a few areas to be maintained, it was done with professionalism and no hassle.

We had tenants moving in asap and Marleci and her team were amazing. The home looked immaculate and they even got inside all the window tracks. Loved the professionalism, speed, and mostly the attention to detail.

Communication at first was challenging, but once we set the schedule, they were prompt and worked very efficiently. The project was larger than they anticipated, so they agreed to stay to the finish and I paid them for the extra work. All in all, they did a good job.

Excellent work, very professional, very thorough and fast. We can depend on them to complete the requested work on time without cutting corners. They even add extra steps like straightening area rugs, fixing toilet paper rolls like in hotels (leading flap neatly arranged and tucked), etc! We are extremely pleased. The home is spotless, sanitary and smells fresh and clean when they leave.

It didnt. They refused to clean it and wanted more money.

I used them four times and they were terrible. I give them a very unfavorable rating and I would be very specific what they were terrible about: they're just not professional, not thorough and not good. They kind of flunked on all categories. Four times, because I gave them a second chance. My mom and dad needed help on the same day. The first time they gave me all the excuses and then the second time I said, "Okay, you don't have any excuses now. You should be good." The second time they weren't any better the first time so I was done with it. They were nice and they were prompt and I felt comfortable getting them into my house. The price was average. Nope, fired them. They were nice people. I felt comfortable. I didn't feel they were dishonest. I didn't feel uncomfortable getting them into my mother and father's home who were elderly because I felt like I could trust them and that is huge. But they just weren't good. They weren't professional cleaners. They were very amateurish. My teenage daughters did a better job when they were cleaning. They didn't do corners. Every room that they cleaned, you could write your name in one surface at least. They didn't believe in dusting even if I told them it was important to me. The first time they did my dad's house, they literally walked through the living room and didn't do anything in the living room and spent a whole bunch of time cleaning the stove nobody uses in 20 years. I don't know why they thought to clean the stove. I made it very clear, "Don't clean the stove." I think part of the problem was communication but I made it very clear the second time because I could tell there was communication problems. The second time I was very clear about what I wanted done and where I wanted time spent and they still didn't do it. I don't know what to tell you.

This firm made my home shine! I can't wait to have them back

Great, Marceli and her team always do a nice job cleaning our home every couple of weeks.

After getting there and seeing what I had and my real priority, we decided to do a deep clean on the kitchen and bathroom. They did a fantastic job. They also cleaned the laundry room. I thought I was going to have to hire someone to paint the cabinets in the kitchen but they got them so clean that they look like they have been freshly painted. These ladies were professional and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will be having them come back and do a monthly cleaning. You can't go wrong with this company.

I was so impressed with Marleci and her worker. They were so professional and hard working. My house has never looked better.

Service was amazing. I had to pay extra given the condition of the house and they stayed till almost 7PM to finish the job correctly. Will use again in the future and highly recommend.

Marleci is amazing! I purchased this service for my parents, who are disabled/retired. There are two small dogs in the house and my parents are home all day. This wasn't an issue at all. We keep the dogs outside, but Marleci was happy to have them inside and she's very kind and accommodating to people being in the house. She does an EXCELLENT job, and always asks if there's anything we need that wasn't done or if there's anything additional we need done, and she's always willing and able to help with anything needed. After using this deal we decided to keep her on a regular basis, and she's been coming ever since (once a month for about 6 months) and are very happy. :)

Cleaned all the windows, baseboards was well done, bathroom was spotless, oven was perfect, they took the time to make the house look clean and smell fresh. I loved and recommend their work for sure.

Cleaned out a home I was moving out of, did a deep clean. Left the place cleaner than it was when I moved in, they were able to remove stains from the countertop that were there from previous renters/occupants. Two workers and a supervisor who stayed in her car and checked on the cleaners periodically and checked in with me to see if I was satisfied or wanted more done in a certain area by them. Purchased the 3hr cleaning special offer without realizing move outs weren't included but she worked with me and accommodated my request.

In the beginning, I was pleased with the performance of Marleci and her crew. I felt confident we would have a work relationship that was agreeable for both parties and would last a long time. In a house with 2 empty nester adults who worked all day, the requirements were minimal! Floors, dusting, bathrooms, kitchen... 2 spare bedrooms were on an as-needed basis! When I began to notice little things that were missed, I would mention them and the next visit those "things" would be given attention, but other things would be missed. When I found cobwebs in the kitchen after a visit, I thought no big deal, they just missed them! When I left them, thinking they would get noticed during the next visit, needless to say I was quite disappointed when they were still there! After the third visit (6 weeks!!) and the cobwebs were STILL there?? I started picking things apart! I walked around the kitchen and dining room and was able to gather a pile of debris (from a supposedly clean floor) that had been missed! It actually looked like the rugs might have been shaken, but if the floor had been mopped, it was a very bad job! Both bathrooms had barely been skimmed over! Water spots were obvious on the faucets, and the water ring in the corner of the counter, behind the sink hadn't been touched. For me, these are all basic items that should be addressed when cleaning a house! When I addressed the above issues with Marleci, I felt as if she thought the quality of their work was performed properly. I was very disappointed!! Since all previous, positive reviews of this company were left quite a while ago, I can only guess Marleci's crew has changed, or Marleci is not as involved as she used to be. I would not recommend the services performed by Marleci and her crew, on a long term basis. They would probably do a good job for one time cleanings.

Nice Lady who arrived a bit late with previous notice did a good professional cleaning used the special would use again at special price

Marceli kept me up to date on her anticipated arrival time via text messages which was awesome. They arrived promptly as she had informed me. She asked for a quick tour to find out what I wanted done and then went right to work. It took the exact amount of time she had quoted me and my house was sparkling clean when she left. I'm so grateful.
