Description of Work: My icemaker quit working. She diagnosed which part needed replacement, got the part and installed it. She's polite, efficient, knowledgeable, honest and pleasant to have in your home.

Description of Work: Crystal arrived Friday morning on time and checked the oven. She said it was the baking element and she had to order the part. It would arrive on Monday morning and she would call me when she got it. Called me that morning and arrived in 45 minutes. Repaired my oven .

Description of Work: Did a great job of rewiring a dryer cord, and setting up the outside vent. Then we asked her to fix the ice maker in our fridge.

Description of Work: We called Crystal out and she came very fast! She only charged the service fee, Sorry I don't remember how much it was but it was very reasonable! The washer was too old and would have cost more than what the washer was worth. She was willing to get the part but saved us a lot of money letting us know it would not be worth it. I have already recomended her to another friend!

Description of Work: My wife called about 5 repair services from the phone book -- we should have checked Angie's list first. None could come out for several days, all had higher service call fees, and some were impolite. We finally found and called crystal and she came out within 20 minutes. She quickly determined why our dishwasher had stopped working -- a short in the control panel, which had to be replaced. We ordered the new part, which arrived the next ay and she quickly and efficiently installed it and checked the repaired appliance through a wash and dry cycle. At a time when it is difficult to find competent, reasonably priced, polite, and honest repair services, Crystal is a delight. We will definitely be calling her again. Although young, she is clearly experienced and reminds me of the older, reliable independent repairmen (in those days they were all men) of my youth. As we age, we have had to call an increasing number of service people, and so far, she is the best. Our heartiest recommendation!

Description of Work: Icemaker had stopped working. Another repair person had recommended new icemaker. New icemaker only worked a short time. Crystal found that water was frozen in input line and that after relieving that problem, the water input valve had been damaged by pushing against the back-up due to frozen water. She replaced the valve and now my icemaker works again.
