Description of Work: They did a horrible job of water remediation, and they did not follow guidelines nor achieve the results that they guaranteed. They made a bad situation worse, and not only did they take my money and not do a good job, but they damaged more than what they fixed (which was next to nothing).

Description of Work: I called Coit and they scheduled a visit for the next day to give me an estimate. Two days later, they performed the services. They called to let me know when they would be there, they were on-time, and professional. They cleaned my furniture and carpets to my satisfaction, and the price was fair. I will definately use them again.

Description of Work: Agreement with the sales person and explained to the Coit secretary was to seal,clean and repair ducts. Coit cleaned ducts but did no other work. What's the use of having clean ducts if they are not efficient, sealed and possibly leaking. Also, insulation is missing on duct work which thought was going to be taken care of. Well, coit charged us $400 for the cleaing and $200 for a visual inspection. Received a call that everything is fine. Only work done was the duct cleaning. Visual inspection did not even idenitify insultation missing and unsealed areas, which I wanted them to take care of in the first place. Basically tried to steal $200 from us, they reimbursed us when we complained. Do not hire Coit

 + -1 moreIt looked brand new when they were done. There was a spot in the laundry room that I was not happy with and they came back and fixed it at no charge. He did empty some stuff onto my lawn that I preferred was not there, but other than that, I was satisfied.
