cost to much had the rugs cleaned later 1/2 the price.

They looked like new when they finished.

They are a solid company and one that we will use in the future.

i. am. impressed. had an appointment this morning with coit, to have them clean my dryer vent. it was in baaaaaad shape. dean mcdaniel arrived a few minutes before the start of the service window and got to work immediately. he explained all sorts of things to me after the vent was clean, and now my dryer is working very efficiently. the process, from beginning to end, was quick, dean is very professional, informative, and personable, and i appreciate him and coit VERY much. hire coit, you will not be disappointed!

Everyone in the family had had repeated issues with colds and allergies and since the house was over 20 years old and had stood empty for a year before we purchased it in February 2013 and was always dusty no matter how often we dusted and vacuumed we decided to get the ducts cleaned. We called COIT and were promised efficient cleaning of the whole system and that would include any potential mould, they gave a reasonable quote so we hired them. Two guys showed up on time, very friendly and they got on with the job. A lot of dirt was removed from the ducts and instead of taking it away with them they left it in my garage. After a couple of weeks and no change in the dust we called and asked them to take a look again. A Manager was sent out to take a look, he was very apologetic about the debris being left in my garage and that there was no change. He arranged for the ducts to be cleaned again free of charge. A few days later the same guys came back and re-cleaned the vents and ducts and this time took away the debris - bear in mind my ducts are supposed be clean already so obviously they didn't do a particularly good job the first time. Well, again, no change in the amount of dust in the house so I call another company, Honey's Air, and they replaced ALL my ducting for a great price. I took a look at the old ducts they had removed and took pictures. They were absolutely coated in dust and mould, the only clean areas were about a foot or two into the ducts from the vents. Thats all COIT had cleaned. I called COIT and informed them that I was not impressed with the poor quality of work and to their credit they apologized and refunded me completely. The reason I write this review is that we informed them of the history of the house when we requested a quote and they were adamant that they could clean all the ductwork not just a couple of feet in from the air vents.

Did not know better but took first quote. They were going to charge $400 for everything so I accepted. When tech showed up he said that the $400 quote was for either service not both. As I needed to have work done and they said there would be an additional charge if I rescheduled anyway, we agreed to pay and had the work done. Carpets looked good not great when they finished. On next cleaning used taylor restoration (no longer providing these services) and they got stains out coit said they couldn't. They also steam cleaned my entire house carpeted areas and upholstered furniture for $150. This was several years ago so perhaps they have improved as well as their pricing but for what I paid I was definitely not satisfied with the results and will not use them again.

They were too expensive. The person who came for the estimate he was courteous but it was just that the numbers were just too high so it didn't work out. I may use them for other things though but not carpet cleaning.

They are great, very polite, very human and very good people. It's a family business and they are very good. I might call them in about a year or two to do the inside of our house. They did a beautiful job. Very clean job, very quick and wonderful job.

I couldn't interact with Coit Services Inc - Modesto because the floors were wet but overall they did a good job.Their price was high but we didn't have a choice and that is why we had to go with them.

I have wanted to have my carpeting professionally cleaned as it had not been done since carpet was installed 4 years ago. COIT had been recommended to me by a store representative. Although the closest COIT business is out of Modesto, their business covers over 100 sq. miles so they covered my area. I had a newspaper ad with a discount coupon from the Stockton Record and called for an estimate. Alan, the estimator, came out to review what I needed and arrived exactly when he said he would. He answered all of my questions, also made good suggestions and gave me a good quote (coupons really helped out!). Alan was very helpful about the upholstered furniture since I had never had them cleaned and was worried about the fabric.. I set up an afternoon appointment for the following week (05/10/13). As promised, I received a morning call from the carpeting tech, Jeff, who gaive me an estimated arrival time frame (12:00 to 2:00) and he arrived exactly at 1:00. Again, Jeff was very friendly, helpful and explained how he would do the cleaning, looked closely at the upholstered furniture to make sure there would be no problems with the fabrics, and said he would move and replace the furniture. (My son and husband moved some of the smaller pieces earlier). He explained drying times, etc. The job took him a good 2-1/2 - 3 hours and everything thoroughly dried within 24 hours and looks like new. I appreciate the professionalism shown by both Alan and Jeff. I will definitely recommend COIT-Modesto to friends and will use the company again. This was a very good experience. Marilyn

They were punctual and very professional. The only problem was that the estimate was extremely high. The estimate was about $380 and that was with 40% off. They were talking about $700 to do a job that doesn't take about 3 hours. Their responsiveness was very good. They called back and I just told them that we were going to hold off.

The project manager wasn't around and they didn't own up to mistakes. This resulted in more harm then good when the work finished. This was a huge finical loss.

I had scheduled to have my carpets cleaned in the afternoon. The truck did not arrived at my house until 4:55. The first thing that the employee said was that he was on his way home and 'got pulled to quote and clean my house'. Secondly he told me that it would take four days for my carpets to dry. I have never had carpets take that long to dry. He just didn't want the work.

I would recommend them. I am going to use them again.

They are a little pricey, but what is good about them is they have specials several times a year. Even though they are pricey, I can wait to get the specials. They have one right now where I get 25% and thinking about calling them again for carpet cleaning. I always do recommend them.

They know their stuff and explain everything. We have had no trouble with the work they have done. The price is definitely worth it and they are professional and knowledgeable. I will use them again in the future.

The two Coit employees were so very nice and so extremely helpful, they went out of their way to help empty stuff in the room, helped put our mattresses in bags to store them while the room was being repaired. They were EXCELLENT in helping us -- we were so lucky to have their help! I don't know what the job costs because they were paid by Triple AAA insurance.

They're professional, worked quickly, and did a good job.

I had used them probably about eight years ago and then I recently had them again, and I had tried everybody in between, and they are by far the best. There is not even a comparable carpet cleaner. They are worth the price because the carpets actually stay clean. It stays cleaner than the other providers. I have used the cheaper people and the dried cleaning and that was ineffective and they are by far the best of all the steamed cleaning providers. It is cleaner and smells better and it stays cleaner for a longer time and there are no spots that resurface. I will not use anybody else. It is worth it and you get what you pay for.

Very professional, punctual and did a good job

My wife and I had re-decorated a bedroom in our home in preparation for our new baby boy. After painting the walls, I thought it would be ok to leave the rollers on the sheets covering the floor while we ate lunch. Upon return we found the paint had soaked through to the carpet in multiple locations. I called everywhere I could think of except for Coit "figured they would cost too much" and over that time the paint dried "3 weeks". We finally called Coit, and the price was no more then some other places, everywhere else had tols me they could not get dried paint out, but not Coit. Their serviceman arrived 1 min early, clean, and well mannered. He had those stains and more out in about an hour, all for a flat fee. Now if I could only find someone that could get our son here faster!

They were really good and terrific. I didn’t pay anything since it was part of my insurance. They gave me a choice to get a company that I liked. So, I called up Coit. Then an estimator came out that same day. He got an idea of the work that I wanted them to do and gave me a price on it, which I thought was pretty reasonable. I took that estimate to my insurance company and they said that they would pay for it. Then they started like the next day or so. The service was very good and I was pretty pleased with their service. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

I was very pleased. I requested a certain time, and the serviceman showed up within 15 minutes of my requested time. (He had a 1 hour window). He was done within 1/2 hour. All in all, I am very pleased.
