Description of Work: I purchased $69 service for drain cleaning through Angie's list 9/2014. I contacted the co and said I would not be scheduling service until November 2014. . In October 2014, I called and scheduled an appointment for 11/20/14. A few days prior to this, I received a notice from the company saying they were no longer honoring Angie's List purchases. Spoke to AL. I could not get my money back because this was outside the 30 day purchase deadline. AL provided me with a few companies in the SF area who would clean the drain, but for double the $69 purchase price. AL told me to take advantage of another service with this $69. I need no more service at this time and soon the coupon will expire and I will be stuck with face value, not a savings. |Very displeased with both AL response and All Clear Drain and Leak Repair.

Description of Work: The crew was unprofessional, failed to inspect the job for a quality finished product (I had to call them to come back & finish), made a mess without cleaning up, and refused to take responsibility/apologize for any of it. |The quality of the work once finished was adequate. |If you use them, make sure to be around at the completion of the job so you can inspect the job. We also recommend taking pictures of the room before they begin work, or they will lie to your face if you attempt to confront them about an issue with their work.

Description of Work: Fixing mess other contractor left behind. Helped with several difficult situations, like cutting into wall behind cabinet without moving cabinet to fix a drain, etc.

Description of Work: Frank from In&Out Plumbing did a good job with my emergency toilet situation on the Saturday afternoon of President's Day weekend. My basis of comparison is to the previous Angieslist provider that I called just before deciding on In & Out. When I called the first provider, after being put on a lengthy hold with no greeting, I was told that the rates would be higher since it was a holiday weekend (possibly $200-300) and the tech wouldn't be able to arrive for several hours. He did, however try to help me trouble shoot over the phone, but to no avail. Some of his advice worsened the problem. When I called In&Out and asked about rates I was pleased to be told that they would not be affected by the holiday weekend. Frank called back, arrived quickly, diagnosed and explained the situation, gave me his estimate, and stuck to it. He needed to replace a worn part, and removed a moderate clog that he "just threw in" (for free). The fee was reasonable (compared to prior phone estimate) with less hassle. He mentioned there would be a 90 day warranty on the work, and was friendly and polite and polite throughout the meeting. I will definately give In&Out my business next time I have a problem and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: one of our toilets had a slow leak around the base. In and Out sent a plumber out within an hour of us calling. They had it repaired in less than 20 minutes!

Description of Work: Came to house and diagnosed problem with non-functional electric heater.

Description of Work: Anthony responded to an emergency plumbing problem and fixed it. At a later date, he installed a new garbage disposal and re-routed the pipes under the sink (which had been incorrectly installed by the contractor).
